Only one in drive thru when I pulled up and only a couple cars in parking area, so they were less than busy. Simple order of two (2) royal chicken bacon and swiss sandwiches. She called it back to me and told me 2nd window. I pull up wait an inordinate amount of time (2 minutes) before anyone even acknowledges I'm there. Another drive thru car is now behind me. She opens window and calls out the order of the person behind me. "No 2 royal chicken bacon and swiss was my order," and she says nothing and shuts the window. Another girl comes over and starts entering my order and tells the cook 4 minutes after I've been sitting there "2 royal chicken sandwiches," so then ol'girl opens window and collects my payment. I tell her to make sure those have bacon and swiss please. She says, "I dun dat already." I said, "No you didn't. The other girl called out my order, and she did not tell him bacon and swiss." The other girl comes over to the window asking me what's the problem." "No, problem, I just want my order to be correct." Now, I've I have been there 6 minutes. Mind you, I was their only ordering customer when I pulled up with a 'can't get it wrong' order. Now, there's 3 cars behind me. Then, sure enough, she asks me to pull up and wait. I said, "Seriously, it's been 7 minutes since we began this fiasco, and you're just now beginning to cook the chicken, SHEESH!" So, I pull around. 5 minutes later a nice guy brings my sandwiches, and I ask him if the sandwiches gave bacon and swiss on them? He said. "No, they didn't tell him bacon and swiss," but he offered to run go put bacon and swiss on them and did. Nobody but me and another gentleman weee in the lobby but we were basically ignored for the drive thru. They had two workers in the grill area with one of them mentally challenged. I’m not knocking on anyone mentally challenged but the manager had to continually give him instructions on what to do. Even small tasks seems to be a challenge for him. The manager also allowed a girl to use the restaurant phone. She screamed and screamed on the phone for the entire 35 minutes I stood at the counter waiting to order and waiting for my food., Several people walked out. Then I asked the manager to substitute a child’s toy for cookies and I was told I could not do that.
