We will absolutely not miss a chance to have dinner and drinks at Omakase when we ski up at Jay Peak! The atmosphere is warm and cozy. The extra long tables are perfect for big groups or if want to bump elbows with strangers and meet new people it’s fun to sit there with smaller groups and mingle. Or at the bar if you can find room! The food is outstanding. A perfect blend of Asian fusion but with something for everyone. The price points seem very reasonable, especially given the cost of food and the labor market these days. 10/10 would recommend. Kudos to the omakase team!

This place is amazing! My husband and I stopped here for a date night while staying at Jay Peak. I got the miso soup and the Spicy Tuna Volcano, and the flavors were delicious. Portion sizes were plentiful. My husband got the Pork Gyoza to start. I could have eaten the entire plat. They were that good. He also got the special, which was a jalapeño pork belly flatbread. He mowed that thing down! We will definitely be back on our future trips to Jay Peak!

What a cute restaurant!!! We attended on sushi night. Dragon roll was the best. They were slammed busy and while we had to wait a little extra for our sushi, we didn’t mind at all. Appetizers came out quickly. The ceviche nachos was just amazing tuna nachos. They have games to play while you wait (connect four, tic tac toe, etc). Our waitress was super polite and always had a smile even though she was running around all night.

When the experience of a savoring truly a skilled, impeccably prepared dinner out befalls one ,it beckons a review. Our experience at Omakase was just that. We were greeted by a cheerful member of the staff and sat at a lovely table that faced the setting sun as it went down casting a glow in the glassy open dining area that was lively with a blend of locals and visitors. Our menu choices were just a peppering of Chef Irioro and his kitchen’s offerings. The grounding warmth of the Miso soup, the crunch of the Vegetable Tempura, sweet and salty Poke Bowl studded with edamame , perfectly seasoned salmon and house made Kimchi. The crowning jewel of the evening was the Spicy Tuna Volcano. Beautifully presented , a true feast for the eyes. We found the menu pricing was very appropriate and the wine and beer list to be well thought out. The menu and atmosphere lends itself well to families, couples on a well deserved night out or the snow enthusiasts weary and hungry from a long day in our beautiful woods. Definitely will pass on the good word, thank you all you...

From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The food was nothing short of spectacular, with each dish meticulously crafted and beautifully presented. The bang bang shrimp, pork gyoza, and tuna volcano were all highlights, each bursting with flavor. The salmon poke bowl was fresh and vibrant, while the pork katsudon was a unique and satisfying choice. Throughout our meal, the service was attentive and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere that enhanced our dining experience. It's evident that both the waitstaff and kitchen crew take pride in their work, as every aspect of our visit was met with enthusiasm and care. Overall, it was an unforgettable dining experience and I can't...
