Customer service is horrible. The complete food area was filthy. Employee on the phone around the food area. Employee in the rear area is on the phone and her conversation is heard in the front lobby. Employee refused to give me the managers phone number. She called the manager instead and the manager told her not to serve me because, I complained about how filthy the restaurant was and if I ate there she was not going to give me a refund. My sister and I visited this subway on Thurs, Sept. 19, 2024 at approximately 2:30. We were promptly greeted upon entry and they treated us like we were long lost cousins at the family reunion. In total my sister purchased 3 foot longs and I purchased 1. They made our sandwiches exactly as specified even after my sister decided to switch up some things on her foot long at the last minute.
