I used to really like this place but sadly, it has gone down hill. Most of the staff are really nice but there’s a couple that act like they are doing you a favor by taking your order. Last week, snob and a half, attitude. Today, I got a blueberry bagel and it tasted like eggs and cheese. I didn’t want a replacement but called to give them a heads up so it could be corrected. The girl that answered the phone (not the lady who waited on me) was less than interested. She offered a new bagel but never apologized or thanked me for letting them know and made excuses. I’m not sure why they have reviews as high as what they do every single time I’ve went here. It has been awful. I really think they only made my coffee. Good one time it’s always watered down. They either put too much or way too little bit of flavoring in absolutely everything is overpriced These people do not care about coffee they don’t care about making people’s mornings they don’t even care about having the right atmosphere. I really wish I could give five stars, however, the BLT I ordered left a lot to be desired. There was no mayo, the bacon looked like boxed microwave bacon, and the price did not justify the quality. I've ordered drinks here a few times when I'm in town, and typically they're pretty good. I tried a blueberry macchiato this time and it was unfortunately too sweet, I couldn't taste the coffee at all. The service is good, the atmosphere is great and the area is clean.
