This was a great place when they first opened but lately it has gone downhill. The food is still mostly great but the service and atmosphere are terrible. Our last visit we were jammed in like sardines in a can. Way too many tables crammed into the space. This leads to problems like the waitstaff can't navigate properly and they are constantly banging into your chairs or leaning over you. Since they are so busy our food came out at different times, 2 appetizers came out and about 5 minutes later the other 2 were brought out. Same for entries, 3 were delivered and 1 came a good 7-8 minutes later. Never once did anyone ask if we wanted refills of our sodas or stop by with water. We ordered the pulled pork pizza by mistake ( or so we were told) and tried to eat it but the BBQ sauce was overpowering and made the pie not enjoyable. The waitress did offer to make the pizza we thought we ordered but everyone would have been done with their meals by the time we got it. I think you need to get back to basics and and handle a smaller number tables perfectly instead of trying to pack in too many tables and have them not receive the...
Read moreBeing that we have an App Dedicated to Haunted Attractions as well, I have a sixth sense for negative energy. I did not even read 1 review until after my experience to validate what I was feeling. Negative Energy. The first interaction with the owner was all about making sure we eat and go quickly because he had reservations coming in. We had a group of 3 and there was one table in use..In an attempt to make conversation about Pizza and his product, he made it clear that he did not want to be bothered. The server was ok, but did not know anything about the specific ingredients of their Pizza that made it special. He tried, so not directing this at the wait staff, we want to support local.business and those who work there.. We ate the Pizza within 15 minutes and were out. The Pizza was good for a Neopolitan. Could have used a little more cheese, but was ok. The sauce was the star, but couldn't find out what type of tomatoes that were used.$13 for a small Margherita Pizza. Most Pizzerias, the slogan is you are Family, here it is you are the Red Headed Step Child. Very Disappointed with...
Read moreI don’t understand what happened to this place. 2 years ago it was a fantastic experience. We just went back and the food is still good but the service is down right awful. To the point that it was the last time we will go. The staff stood around, and talked about their personal lives, we had to ask for our bread, they never once asked how our food was, gave no refills of water, did not ask if we wanted dessert or coffee, did not say thank you and then stared at my wives butt as she walked out. Wow. Need I say more. There were 3 tables and 8 employees all standing around. What a shame. This was a memorable place for us because we went there the first time right before my wife left for Olympic training in Utah a few years back. It was a great experience. Now??? Sad and Upsetting....
