I am not a person to typically write reviews but I have been coming here for the past 7 years and have NEVER had a bad experience until last night. Walked into the restaurant where it was unbearable hot. No door propped open, no AC. Personally I don’t know how people were sitting down and enjoying themselves. There were about 4 other people waiting inside for pick up orders. I waited patiently behind everyone for a couple of minutes until I made sure no one else was waiting to pay. I walked up to the counter and the lady with tattoos standing behind asked what I had and I responded. She continued to say under her breath “well if it was ready we would have called you up obviously”. They then continued to grab my food from off the counter right after that was clearly ready. (I was 10 minutes late to pick up the order). She truthfully was just all over the place and wasn’t organized whatsoever. Per coming here the past 7 years, you NEVER get your name called out for an order you placed over the phone. I was honestly appalled that she even spoke to me that way and acted like I couldn’t hear her. Clearly she was miserable and hot by the look on her face but something needs to change because I will not be coming back again after...

Friendly's Pizza Restaurant has been a staple for me and my family since I was 3 yrs old. Pizza has always been amazing! I can no longer rave about their grinders. Of course, every restaurant has "off days," but today made 3 disappointing experiences in a row. I paid over $12.95 for a Large Italian grinder and over $10.95 for a steak bomb grinder...(be sure you TRY to confirm ACTUAL prices since the employee couldn't figure out the difference between website prices and menu on the wall). The Italian grinder had one thin slice of each meat! The amount of lettuce, green pepper, and onion was a joke! A child's sandwich from Subway had more! I will no longer recommend this place for TRUE NEW ENGLAND GRINDERS and it breaks my heart! At this point, I don't even know if I can recommend their pizzas any longer....

What a treat!!! I love pizza and I and not really picky, but the exicuted their pizza awesome. It's a Greek style pizza and the crust was the show. Very crispy and delicious. We got a crispy chicken and bacon pizza with red sauce. It was great just the right amount of grease and crispness to get those taste buds jumping. I also ordered a cup of corn chowder which was good, but it was luke warm which in my book is a cardinal sin. Where I really went out on a limb was ordering seafood at a pizza house. I got the calamari which was excellent and perfectly cooked. Not chewy at all. The marinara for dipping was good. All around a great dinning experience. I can't believe this little local gem has slipped away under my nose for so long. I will...

Went on friendlys site before purchasing my food just to see how much the food would be. I ordered a chicken ceasar wrap with fries and 1 snapple. The order was supposedly going to be 13.45 without the snapple and tax. I asked the cashier how much it was and he just looked at me and it was rung out to 20.88. I assumed they put in there own tip or something cause the math didnt add up. At the bottom of the menu it says prices subject to change..... then update your menu.... and the wrap was soggy at the bottom and not condiments were offered. Im not a Karen about things but you have to admit that math doesnt add up, plus it was cheaper if I ordered on grub hub WITH tip so it further proved my point something wasnt right.

First time here and the food was fantastic. The pizza was very impressive. The tomato sauce was great. Perfectly thick and soft crust almost as crunchy as garlic bread. The peperoni on it was incredibly fresh and perfect. The sausage reminded me a little bit of Canadian bacon and not meaty. The dessert was equally impressive that chocolate tower cake had me drooling. Perfect amount of richness not overly sugary. I will absolutely be returning again.

They should rename this place to hit or miss. Quality is almost never consistent, one day its awesome and the next someone needs to be taught how to properly cut vegetables.. Especially onions, they should ALLWAYS be cut thin NOT in GIANT chunks... And you shouldnt be so cheap with the cheese when it seems you've added an additional 1.25 to almost every item on the menu. Sad to say but I will be taking my business elsewhere.
