Pizza Decasa — Restaurant in Moon Township

I am extremely disappointed in the service I received today. I have ordered from here many times and being it is one of the few places that will deliver it was a plus that I always enjoyed the food. I ordered today for lunch (so around 1:30) the guy that answered was extremely unprofessional, didn’t ask for my name, telephone number, didn’t even answer saying that it was Pizza De Casa. I almost thought I’d dialed the wrong number and got someone’s cell phone. After putting in my order of a mini pizza and order of pepperoni rolls I waited 15 minutes and called back to confirm that had my order and to find out how much it would be. The second guy I spoke to was much more professional. He told me it would be 30 to 45 min, so assuming that my order didn’t get put in correctly the first time I based my delivery time off of the second call at 1:45pm). After calling again at 3pm I was told my food would be here any minute. Finally at 3:20 my food arrived....cold. This was almost 2 hours from my first call. The delivery guy at least apologized for the delay and he was the only reason I still paid for the food. Needless to say I won’t be ordering delivery from here again which is a shame because it is one of the few places that delivers to my house so they would have kept receiving my business on a semi...

If you don't feel robbed by their prices, then you just don't know better or care. Most expensive pizza place in all the region. Google it. No need to prove it. Nothing is ever consistent. (BTW, I'm currently in my 17th yr of restaurant experience- all phases) FYI, the Colossal Fries menu item is a large pizza crust shoved into a take out box, that in no way fits, with maybe 4oz average frozen french fries (BK like) covered in melted chz. So basically, it's NOT an order of fries! Its a pizza dough bowl with a pinch of potato in the middle with all this pizza dough and nothing to do with it. No sauces, just a packet of ketchup. I guess order Pizza from a Pizza place. Good luck with delivery in the evening. Pretty sure my food usually spends more time in the car then the LITERAL 2 minute drive it is. I won't be a returning guest. Too many disappointing experiences. (And no if u ask, you'll never get the same order made the same way twice- trust me....

BEWARE!!! Literally the worse pizza I have ever had. Who can ever say that? It was the worst thing I have ever tasted-yet still it was pizza. Who can say that!?!? I can’t believe I am even typing this. The girl on the phone had no idea how to take phone orders. The wait time for pick up was 20 minutes. At 40 minutes the order was finally ready. Got it home and the crust tasted terrible. It was like a lunch show flat pizza crust. Cardboard. Asked for well done wings and they were barely cooked. This used to be our favorite place and we were loyal customers. It was closed a few months back and phones were disconnected. Now I know why. I assume new owners took over.
