Placed an order online for 2 pizzas to be delivered. One plain and one with special toppings. Arrived in a timely manner, however, the special topping was totally wrong. Called and asked that they correct their error on the second pizza and was told would do so. Waited one hour and no pizza. Called again and told again the driver was on her way. Waited another hour -- NOTHING!! Person at Pizzaville explicitly lied to me telling me they would make good. Took my money but did not follow through with correcting the issue or refunding my money. I live minutes away and delivery should not be a problem but no one ever returned with the correct pizza. This ends my use of this establishment. Cannot tolerate poor customer service -- will buy elsewhere. Be sure to check your order BEFORE the delivery driver leaves. REPLY TO BUSINESS RESPONSE: You suggest I contact a manager at your establishment. When I called about the wrong order delivered, I got the run around by the young girl who answered the phone so I asked for a manager at that time and was told no manager is on duty. Read moreThis is the second time ordering pizza at this place, first time they messed up my order, I’ve had ordered medium pizza very light sauce by phone for me to pickup and gave me a large pizza, they charged me the same as a medium pizza but definitely I didn’t wanted a large pizza too big for me! Second time ordered by DoorDash and I was very clear on the notes, very light sauce on the pizza, I received a burnt, very toasted pizza full of sauce, the pizza was so hard me and my husband couldn’t eat it. I have called, and the guy who picked up the phone was so rude it seems he didn’t wanted to hear what I was saying and passed the phone to a girl without even letting me know. So I explained again to the girl everything from the beginning, she said couldn’t do anything, not a refund or to send another pizza because the order was made by DoorDash, which is understandable. Sub came out, I asked if the oven was broke? I asked for it to be heated. They took it back, with everything else, meal also came with soup, but she took my spoon with the sub? So I waited because the fork was not working well on the watery soup. Sub came out, and I can see onions hanging out the side. I said, I asked for no onions??? By now the table next to us is rolling.....My cousin who was eating with me was done a while now. Got my Sub. It was OK. Seemed super small for the price. Most subs around here are 3 times the size. Oh on top of that, I ordered no onions on Sub, and didn't really want fries or onion rings, so what choice did they put of those two?...
