Great food, but poor service and unwelcoming atmosphere. I felt like an inconvenience to the employees. We get you are busy, but A friendly, "hey how are you" when you walk in the door goes a long way and takes no time. Be pleasant, upbeat, and friendly towards your customers. If they are regulars call them by their name. Just little things to make people feel welcome when they come. You should thank customers for their patience when you're busy, tell them have a great day and you hope to see them back soon. The first time we came here it was seat yourself, we went a few weeks later sat ourselves and was purposely ignored and tables who came in long after us were getting their orders taken. Apparently it's only seat yourself when it's slow for them.. How are customers suppose to know that? Go get a please wait to be seated sign and put it up! Once the place sold, about 2 years ago, the food has gone straight down hill. For the past 6 months every "to go" order my family has placed has been messed up. Today was the last straw. 2 omelet's missing toast on both orders and the omelet's not very good, took me forever to locate the cheese in it and the other was supposed to be a western but ended up being a bacon cheese. 1/2 a container of gravy which was a plus compared to the last time of maybe a tablespoon. Used to enjoy this restaurant but the past 2 times I've been disappointed to the point I will never eat at this place again.. ordered bone- in wing's instead of telling me that they were out of bone-in the cook just sends me boneless wings... NO not acceptable Then I arrived at 10:10 am ordered grilled ham and cheese with french fries 🍟 but I finished my sandwich before the fries ever arrived.. apparently they don't turn the fryer on until 10:30-11... Then instead of taking the french fries off at 399 a side she only deducted $299 seems like a non caring staff.....
