Subway — Restaurant in Morris

Wow. I’ve lived 30 seconds away from this Subway for the past year. And they are by far the worst excuse of a business I’ve ever seen. Example of the night. At 8:28 I walked through the doors with my I want Subway Preggo wife and every single thing in the restaurant was put up 32 mins before they close. The Brown headed girl with glasses proceeds to tell my wife they close in 16 mins and everything is put up. My wife says well it’s only 8:28 and I just want a turkey sub it can’t be that hard.. and the lady reply’s sorry but we are out of Turkey and can’t prep any since we are closing. And this is everytime we walk in any where near closing time. And I mean if they close at 9 they start putting everything up at 8. YOU SHOULD NOT PUT ANYTHING UP UNTIL AFTER CLOSE. AFTER 9pm. Not have the whole place shut down 30 mins before you close and lie to customers so you don’t have to bother getting it back out to make them a sub 30 mins before you close. They should FIRE her...

Actually less than one star......my daughter and i were in there this morning and ordered $38.00 in food. the woman who asked for our order was blonde headed (dyed) and was rude inconsiderate, had the young man at the register confused and making mistakes which were actually her. i ordered a double meat chef's salad and she wasn't paying attention and started putting double chicken on the teriyaki then acted as if it were my fault because she was trying to move so fast she was screwing. she put our food over to be checked out and for my first time in the three years we have been going there, I checked my receipt to make sure no one's order was mixed in to mine. she had the worst manners and customer appreciation and service I have even seen at any restaurant. She should be reminded WHO pays her salary.......but hopefully she wont be...

I've read some the other reviews and while I'm happy those people had good experiences, I cannot say the same for myself and my husband! Maybe the day crew is better than the night crew. Every aingsitime I go into this establishment, it's a terrible experience! They put everything up too early and I went in a little after 9 pm and everything was put up, the girl had a terrible attitude, and the toaster was even turned off. And this is only one of the times. I just went and it was 20 min to close and they didn't have anything out. Neither me nor my husband could get the sandwiches we always get because they didn't have any turkey or meatballs or the bread we wanted. The night crew at this store is rude and inefficient. And I think the managers should know how they are running this...
