Subway — Restaurant in Morrison

I have to say as a company my family loves Subway. This location is near my new home and they always make us great subs. But this Sunday was extra special. (04/03/22) I say this because the gentleman running the store ALONE on a Sunday afternoon through a lunch rush was so slammed he had customers waiting to the door. He was a rock star in my opinion! He said welcome to each customer walking in and explained he would get to them as soon as possible and appreciated there patience. Ordered two meals off the app, app charged my card, app crashed, no confirmation of order, called the McMinnville location where I ordered from to confirm order, they received no order, was told to call the Morrison location, which my wife did. Employee was extremely rude and hateful to my wife and offered zero reconciliation- no food, no refund, nothing. Even though I was charged for the food I ordered. i ordered a footlong and got a soggy vegetable mush sandwich. the guy that checked me out was nice but they ruined my sandwich i couldn’t even eat it. all our sandwiches were a mess just tossed in with no care at all. mine especially was squeeze and packed full of what i asked for but they definitely didn’t care about how it was put together. this is ridiculous. i will not be coming here again and i hope they lose their job. this was the worst sandwich i’ve ever gotten from a subway. you should be...
