This place is a hidden gem. The atmosphere is lively and was hopping when we arrived. It’s a seat yourself place and the staff was super friendly and pleasant. Instantly had a feeling you were welcome. They were busy but still made you feel wanted. Thank you staff members. The drinks were AMAZING! The best $5 Long Island that I can remember. The piña coladas were delicious as well. The list in my review shows what they had to offer and I wanted to try them all. The food was all really good. I don’t know if anyone had any complaints with their orders. The wet burrito was delicious with the right blend of beef and beans. The chicken quesadilla was not short on any filling. If you like cheese, this is the one for you! The flatbread pizza was loaded and delicious. The bread was very soft and complemented all the toppings which were not sparse. The Tex Mex wrap was a definite hit as well. Honestly we were talking about what we wanted to try the next time we come and we are still at a loss because there is so many good options. They do run specials, one being an all you can eat fish fry. The special that evening was prime rib, which we wish we would’ve tried. Next time! If you want to go to a nice place to grab some amazing drinks and eat some delicious food, this is definitely a must if you’re in the area. The price was very reasonable, as you can see on the menu photos. My portion of the meal was the wet burrito and quesadilla with one piña colada and one Long Island iced tea. The total cost was ~$31!

We had a lovely experience at The Royal recently. Our server was wonderful, the ambiance was lively on a Friday night evening and the food was tasty! I recommend the wings with the spicy soy honey sauce on the side and the walleye! My grandma enjoyed her Prime Rib and crab Rangoon nachos as well! Make sure you get the boomba of beer to wash it all down!

We will be back again. The atmosphere was inviting, the parm cod was delicious, with spinach with a lemon flavor was comforting and delicious. Shayna our bartender was warm, friendly, and made the perfect drinks full of flavor. We will be back both for the food and the top notch service.

Disappointed by Discriminatory Policy

Discrimination takes many forms, and unfortunately, we recently experienced age discrimination at this establishment. Teens who were capable of driving, paying for a round of golf, and behaving respectfully were refused service—not for any misconduct, but simply because they were under 18.

After finishing a round, the 15- and 16-year-old golfers attempted to order food, only to be told by the chef that they had to leave unless accompanied by someone over 18. This so-called “policy” was enforced despite staff confirming that the teens were appropriately dressed, polite, and respectful throughout their visit.

If you’re looking for a place that values all patrons and treats customers fairly, this may not be it. There are plenty of other businesses in town that deserve...

Our waitress was friendly. We were a party if 6. Took a bit for our drinks, but they were a bit busy.. lots of empty tables but think they may have been shirt staffed( totally understandabke ) After eating our apps ....we were informed that one of our meals was no longer available. Probably should have been told a bit earlier but Ok, so decided on another. Our food started coming out but 2 of the meals were "going to be a minute longer". One of the two came out within 2-3 mins but the 2nd did not come out until we were almost done eating . We would have all been done eating but we were eating slowly so we could eat with her. We all shared some with her but by the time her food came we were basically done eating. The waitress did apologize and took her meal...
