SKIP THIS MCDONALD'S AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! Absolutely the WORST service and POOR attitudes! A little advice to the owner of this restaurant you need to instill into your employees that if you're going to work customer service then you need to learn and PRACTICE customer service skills! We articulated our order slow enough where even a CAPABLE MINIMAL skilled first day employee would comprehend and could get correct but apparently CAPABLE doesn't describe the worker received because she only rang up half of our fries! When we walked back up asking about the other fries we had ordered instead of saying "I'm sorry ma'am, I only rang you up for half your order. Could I ring you up for the other 3?" In which I would've responded "Of course, it's ok! Everyone makes mistakes!" ( above is EXAMPLE OF PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE ) She raised her voice with an accusing tone and rudely said "You only paid for 3!" (As if that was our fault) I then got on her level and told her to ring us up for the rest and I would go get some money to PAY because we had a long way to go! In which she responded I better go get my money because I wasn't getting anything for free! Honey if I would've wanted free fries I wouldn't have told you to ring them up, I would've asked you to GIVE them to us because it was YOUR MISTAKE! All of this took place in FRONT of her manager who did nothing about her attitude nor her incompetence! I could continue with our experience because there was more but just going to say that was ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE behavior by everyone at that front counter!!! We were traveling back home to Louisiana and just stopped there for the location but I should have read the rest of the reviews first and avoided this location! Lesson learned!! I'm reading the reviews before stopping anywhere else and everyone else...
Read moreThe young female at the first window was nice, friendly, professional and even had a big smile on her face but the young female at the pick-up window whose facial expression seemed as though she didn't want to be at work opened the window and asked what kind of drink did I have, I told her I didn't have a drink and she turned around and told the female with the headset on that I didn't have a drink, handed me the bag with my food in it and closed the window!! I waved my hand at her to get her attention but she didn't come back to the (it even looked like she was mumbling something), I then blew the horn and I'm knowing that she heard me and saw that I was still sitting at her window but I assume the male employee whom was friendly and professional came to the window and asked if he could help me. I asked for napkins and ketchup and he gave them to me as he was talking to me. I was in a good mood today so I didn't let it get to me but if I had been in a bad mood, I would've reacted!! I totally understand that young kids need a job but if their attitudes stink, if they don't have good people skills, if they don't want to work and etc, DO NOT HIRE THEM!! OR FIRE THEM WHEN YOU SEE IT because a lot of bad reactions can happen behind something like this!! Who wants to have an encounter negative, unprofessional, impolite people at any given time?? swear times...
