Bella Vita Coffee Company — Restaurant in Moses Lake

Used to be a 5-star place for me.. Blonde, long hair lady is super nice. Brunette, w piercings, not so nice. My drinks have always been great, so I was thankful and didn’t mind the attitude. This time, I ordered a 16 oz iced breve w Irish cream, half sweet, w whip and 3 shots. I also asked if I could do half heavy cream and half whole milk instead, since I wanted a strong and creamy caffeine fatbomb. When I got my drink, it tasted like an americano, I kid you not. I hate being that guy and a dissatisfied customer, but I rarely go to coffee stands and when I do I don’t order a breve hardly ever, I usually order americanos or cold brews and this time I was wanting a strong & creamy coffee. When I got to the window the brunette gal that took my order said she’s the one that made it and followed exact instructions but that she could make me a new one if I wanted, I asked her if she could maybe just add some more heavy cream to my current one because it tastes very watery. She grabbed my drink and went to the ice, I told her I’m good on the ice, twice, since most of the cup was ice anyway. She rolled her eyes and added ice anyway, didn’t remove it, and added the heavy cream. She didn’t even bother to wipe my cup real quick before she gave it back to me. When I tried my drink again, I thought it was funny how that splash of heavy cream really made a big difference in my coffee, even w the added ice. I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt that maybe she was just having a bad day but it isn’t the first time and it really showed in her actions today. I won’t be going back. The first 2 times i went they were great. the 3rd time, the lady thought it would be okay to use a different type of fruit in my drink (i asked for blackberry she put mixed berry because supposedly they were out of blackberry) i told her it didn’t taste right and she was very rude, and persisted to argue with me about it and said it was blackberry and not once said she was sorry or offered to make me a different drink, i could’ve been allergic to one of the mixed berries. the 4th time, i believe the girl was new but she gave me a completely different drink than i had ordered. i tried to give this place a 2nd chance, but...

The company i work for loves going to Bella Vita because the coffee is delicious but we are probably not going to return after our visit today. We could hear the girls talking bad about our drink order of 10- the window was open and they were complaining about too large of a drink order and being too busy for it and none of them being the same. What is the point of a coffee shop if you guys do not want to make the coffee?
