At the dt we had 2 separate orders. The first was a LG fry and LG strawberry shake. The 2nd was 2 snack wrap meals, 1 medium with a sprite and the other LG with a dr pepper. Now she asked if we said water and we said no it's a dr pepper. When we pull up to the window we pay for both orders and then realize that she made both meals medium and charged an extra drink of dr pepper bc she made the meal a water bottle. We explained to her what happened so she called for a manager. They didn't refund or fix the ticket and instead handed us a water bottle and a LG dr pepper and told us to park. My thinking process is it'd be about the same price difference to upcharge the meal, but it seems that the problem wasn't communicated properly. While parked we were asked 3 separate times what we ordered and on the 3rd time they told us they were out of strawberry mix, so we said vanilla was OK. More time passes and they bring our 2 snack wrap meals with a fry missing. We needed our other order still AND we're missing the sprite and had no straws. I went in to let them know about the missing fry and the lobby was a bit crowded at the counter with so many ppl waiting over 40 minutes for food that was either wrong or they didn't have it on screen. The girl on register was bringing out the 2nd meal we ordered and I offered to grab it since I was standing there and then told them how we still needed a sprite and a medium fry. She apologizes and says she will get it and then proceeds to just stand at the bagging area with multiple people. I stand there for 10 minutes and then the same girl asks me what I need. I repeated what I was missing and THEN she let's the manager know and they finally make it. I've recently left mcdonalds but I worked there for almost 2 years so I understand how stressful the job can get and i try my best to be understanding and not complain, but this was absolutely ridiculous. By the time we get all of our food it was all cold because the fry station was absolutely LOADED with a lot of fries past the up time. The snack wraps were soggy but a little warm. There was a lot of people working, but I understand that on 2nd shift the majority of staff are minors gaining work experience. Communication with the crew was severely lacking and I know that if managed a little better they...
Read moreI go to this McDonald’s often amongst the others! I order the exact same iced coffee at every single McDonald’s I go to and same goes for this one!!! Large French Vanilla Iced coffee extra French vanilla extra cream extra liquid sugar. Pay for it have to wait on a sausage and cheese McMuffin took a sip of my coffee first I thought because they don’t actually shake their coffees the way Dunkin’ does it just wasn’t mixed well enough so I took another sip after it wasn’t how it’s normally done and this same McDonald’s has made it several times correctly so I’m not sure what the managers issue was or the lady in the maroon shirt. But I went in said i need this remade the lady in the blue shirt automatically had an attitude stating what’s wrong with it and when I tried to explain the issue that it didn’t have enough French vanilla in it, the lady in the maroon shirt pops around the corner causing the situation to escalate and starts saying she made it she made sure it had the liquid sugar but that’s not why I was complaining it was due to the French vanilla. I did state I worked at Dunkin’ I know how to make coffee and she said something under her breath and then rudely handed me my food. Needless to say I do know the regional manager and she will be contacted! Their was no reason to be unprofessional and in the food industry as much as we hate it we do have to follow a customer is always right. And your not supposed to question quick fix and an apology and thank them. But clearly they haven’t been trained on what proper customer service is. If you hate your job leave because you will cost your store money due to your lack of customer service and the way you treat your customers!! DO BETTER! And nobody will have to come in and fix...
Read moreMy wife and I went thru the drive through last week, and had ordered a big mac with NO pickles or onions. We were back on the freeway, on a 6 hour drive, before my wife finally examined her food. This big mac was loaded with pickles and onions. Now, while this may not be a big deal for most of you, my wife is deathly allergic to onions. 1 bite will cause anaphylaxis, and she'll be in the hospital. I called this establishment to explain that we specifically asked for no pickles and no onions, and the garbage manager on duty had the gall to ask me if I informed them that my wife had severe allergies. That is beside the point. I don't care if she just doesn't like the flavor or smell of pickles and onions, she asked for none, so she should have been given exactly what she asked for. I shouldn't have to disclose her medical history to ensure that she doesn't get those items on her food. Do you require a medical diagnosis when I ask for no ice in my drink? Luckily, my wife knew better than to eat that food, and we were forced to go to another business for food. We did get a phone call from somebody who overseas multiple stores, who was beyond upset that we were asked about why we didn't disclose my wife's allergies. The store manager never once called us to find out if my wife was okay, or to figure out what happened from our...
