Lin's Garden — Restaurant in Mosinee

Have always had a great experience at Lins! For us it is a round trip of 24 miles. Thats how much we enjoy their takeout! However tonight was a big disappointment. I decided to try the sweet and sour chicken. When we got home it was a few chunks of chicken on the white rice ( which they were out of, so waited and additional 25 minutes for the rice). I ate some of it, while wondering what happened to the rest of the dish. I decided to call and find out where was the green pepper, onion and pineapple. The cashier wasnt even appologetic. I was told that's how they make it and I should of asked about the dish befor I ordered it. She did not offer any solution to the disappointment and continue to intrupt me. Making the experience even worse. Valuable lesson for both of us, next time I will ask to have the dish explained to me. Like so rudely suggested by the cashier and hopefully she will enroll in a customer service 101. This is not her business. She is an employee and should not treat customers so poorly. The proper way of handling your customer is listen and offer a solution. " Thank you for your inquiry. I will have my manager get back to you as soon as she can" Sweet and Sour chicken = chinken nuggets on rice = a very disappointed long time customer. The rest of the menu and experiences of been great!...

Great service they lady behind the counter is so friendly and nice she knows we have 4 boys and always throws in a handful of cookies cause they care about there customers they will always make a mistakes right just be nice don't freak and they will make it worth it when they forgot one my items we realized she missed it when i called to order it but she gave me it free cause i drove back to get it even though i never paid for it she was so nice and friend l.j y that way just keep your cool and all your restaurant problems will become a great experience they have awesome food and fast at making it they have the experience and the friendly workers and the great location its a win win when you want to eat this style of food and since the opened ive never had a bad experience or had food that wasn't fresh its made as ordered so you won't receive food that's been cooked 6 hours before you eat it like fast food

This is absolutely the best Chinese takeout around! The menu is absolutely enormous. Everything that I have ordered has been fresh and delicious. The people are very friendly and always make me feel taken care of.

I'm not aware that they use a delivery service, but it's good enough that I'll go pick it up! The dining room is fairly small and is not full service. They will kindly bring your food, dinnerware, and napkins to the table. There are some canned and bottled beverages for sale in the cooler. So depending on your needs it might not be suitable for a large gathering. However, our family enjoys dine-in and take out here. Prepare for leftovers... You'll get a lot...
