Came here twice, hoping our first experience was a fluke. Unfortunately, not. The food is fantastic, but the good food is definitely disrupted by the bartenders bad attitude. The first time we were here, when we ran out of drinks in our group of 4, the bartender kept looking at our empty glasses and going back to other “regulars” leaving us high and dry. The waitresses are fine, but if you’re not a regular, you’re given quite the cold shoulder.
The second time around, we had a group of five and came a little early for our dinner reservations. The bartender was rude and asked us if we had reservations. We said “yes, at 7pm” she pursed her lips and walked away without even taking our drink order. When she eventually came back, she was rude and cold to our entire party. We moved to the other side of the bar so our party would have more room and she scolded us for being close to the area she has to walk through.
It’s disappointing that the hard work of the chefs and the servers is overshadowed by the rudeness and disrespect of the bar tenders. We hoped once was a fluke, but after two separate visits, months apart, being the same experience, not sure it’s a fluke anymore.
To the owners— it doesn’t matter how fantastic your food is if your service sucks. Ambiance is everything and being rude doesn’t warrant...

Then I tried calling and no one answered and the voice mail was not set up so I couldn't leave a message. I tried calling later and explained that I didn't know anything about how to order catering and was just looking for some ideas. The woman was very rude to me. She kept telling me that I needed to ask someone in my company what my budget was before she could give me any prices. I asked for some ideas on appetizers and she rattled off a couple things. When I asked her to send me the menu, she snapped back at me that she just told me the items available. In the end she said she would send me the menu, but never did. I hear the food is good, but I'll never know because they won't be getting...
Read moreOn 10/7/23, we called in an order consisting of a few steaks & lobster, totaling $105 for takeout. Sarah (bartender/self proclaimed manager on duty), knew that we were on our way and said she would put the order in right away and it will be ready shortly. I arrived 10 minutes later, paid in full, and proceeded to wait at the bar.
After 65 minutes (yes, over an hour) and 2 waitresses ignoring requests to check on the order, Sarah informed me that the order had not yet been started. She said she was just busy and stuck behind the bar. Judging by her reaction, I likely could have sat at the bar until close and the order would not have come out. Sarah was rude and unapologetic.
