Major. Mistakes Made with the general public that are Absolutely Wrong, and Give everyone in the Restaurant Industry a Bad name ...(such as I have experienced at THIS very Location ... TONIGHT ! )

Read moreI didn't even want to give it 1 star. Poor quality. The management is too involved in themselves, as well as a lot of the employees. I have seen the main manager, Janet I think it's name is, run people off the property for "looking like they were homeless", which I think is just utterly unacceptable. Janet thinks that she is just better than EVERYONE else. She has an attitude with, not only the employees, but the customers as well. And on top of all of that, I am highly surprised that OSHA has not came in and closed the place down. A lot of the workers don't use gloves with handling the food. I have personally seen Janet and the owner, Krysalin I think is her name, walk back in the back in high heels and no non-slick shoes. I have seen them walk back there without washing their hands and start handling the food with out even putting gloves on then when one of the workers said something Janet just plainly said "well I'm in a hurry so it's okay" the customers were able to even see and hear that happen. And today, one of the workers needed change for a hundred dollar bill and the manager on duty said "so! What do you want me to do about it!?" In front of the customers, who said something about it. The best employee that I know that is there, is Elizabeth. She's front counter, and she is always so loving, and greets the customers with utmost respect and happiness, no matter how her day is going, she always tries to make the customers feel welcome, but when Janet is there, Janet has a problem with Elizabeth and how she does everything. It's sad to see this place go so down hill. If I were you people who are reading my review, I would NOT go here to eat, there are much better places, with better food quality.. They are just...
Read moreThis mcdonalds does pretty well for me.....most of the time. During the day shift is fine, everything goes great, we're in and out no issues. During night shift we wait to order, we wait for our food (that's cold most of the time) and they never get it right. They need a new nigh shift manager or something because this guy does NOT know what he's doing. Numerous times we have come to the window and he's yelling at the staff and he was cussing them once. During the day we have zero issues aside from missing a sauce every now and then for our nuggets. During the night my food is soggy and I often have to send it back. We had to tell them 4 different times what we ordered and they still didn't get the order right. My fries were half full. When I order a medium I expect a medium, not a small in a medium box. When we got there tonight there was one car in front of us that was already there waiting and two others that were in and out. We had 3 burgers, 2 fries, and a drink.
