I consider myself a bit of a food truck critic, and this little establishment did not disappoint. Now, I love to cook BBQ, and I know what's good, and what is just mediocre, and the BBQ here is "top shelf." Just the right amount of smoke, fat, flavor, and seasoning...... With a fair share of bark in every bit..... I'm making myself hungry just writing this! This place is easy to find, and easy to access, and has a menu large enough for you to find something to tickle your taste buds!
