I took my daughter to this restaurant for a date night and it was definitely the worst idea I could have had especially considering the hour plus drive. Shelby was our server and she cared more about gossiping with the table above us about the lack of staff oppose to making sure that our order was correct and delivered in a timely manner. It took us over an hour to receive our food, it was brought out by the kitchen staff and mostly importantly it was not correct. I asked for a med Cowboy Ribeye (it was med rare), I asked for the Crab Oscar to be on the side but it was on top of the steak, I ordered double asparagus and was given 7 steams and told that it was two orders in one and I didn't receive my onions and mushrooms I ordered. My daughter's chicken had clearly sat in the back too long because the cheese on top of it had started looking rubbish. We never received a refill, Shelby stood at the table gossiping although I continued to look at her as she occasionally glimpsed at me; I hoped she would get the message however she made me wait for five minutes until she finished her conversation before checking one. She never owned the mistake of not communicating that the Oscar should have been on the side or that the steak's temp was not correct. She did over to get a manager who I informed of the issues and his only option was to remove the Oscar off the bill, bring me the mushrooms and onions and bring me another steak however in the end after returning he admitted that I didn't get another steak instead he rinsed the Oscar off of my steak and re-seasoned it before dropping it off at the table. All of the dishes from the appetizer and my daughter's salad remained on the table the entire duration of our dinner which was long because we boxed our food up and left after receiving the to-go that I had informed Shelby of during our initial order process. She did make sure that she put that in to ensure that we didn't cancel it although I was very unsatisfied with my dining experience and would have cancelled the order if she had checked before placing it. Here are some reasons why⌠We arrived after6:00pm and didnât get service until after 8:00pm. Went to the bar to get some drinks while we waited, and the guy in the white & blue striped shirt was the rudest person I had met in the food service industry, in a while. There were soured, dirty bar rags thrown on the liquor bottles. And some of the liquor bottles had no cover on them. Not to mention the AC was broken and there were 3 buckets in the bar trying to catch all the water dripping from the ceiling and the was water EVERYWHERE on the floor. But thatâs not the best part. While waiting, we counted 17 different flies inside bar ( 5 were crawling ON the cocktail garnishes alone!) The same garnishes they put on our drinks and served to us, despite seeing flies were crawling all over them, in front of us. They had no shame, whatsoever. I could not believed they didnât care and still served it to their customers. But the last straw happened while when we were waiting for our dinner. We sat at the two-top, outside the bar, near the patio exit. As soon as I our food arrived, a giant wolf spider ran down the wall and jumped on my friends shoulder.    Read moreMy experience was far from enjoyable. I had high hopes for a nice meal, but it quickly became clear that the quality of the food and service left much to be desired.
To start, my daughter ordered the fish, which was unfortunately dry and nearly inedible. When I brought it to the attention of my waitress, her only response was a disheartened âoh no.â There was no offer to replace the dish or even to remove it from the bill, which left me feeling disregarded as a customer.
Despite the restaurant being only about one-third full, I found myself having to ask for drink refills multiple times. It was surprising to see such slow service in an almost empty place.
As for the drinks, I ordered a Lovetini, but it was overly sweet and tasted more like sugar water mixed with frozen puree than a well-balanced cocktail. Not what I expected at all.
On a brighter note, the filet was cooked perfectly; however, it was completely lacking in flavor. It was disappointing to have such a well-prepared cut of meat that simply didnât deliver on taste. The grilled shrimp, on the other hand, were a complete letdown. They were so overcooked that they had the texture of rubber, making them nearly impossible to enjoy.
Finally, I looked up and realized all of the vents have mold and felt nauseated at the thought of what the kitchen may look like.
