Burger King — Restaurant in Mount Crawford

I hope I have the right Burger King this is done on the Burger King and Mount Crawford I went there today for lunch I was very disappointed I pulled up to the speaker and I ordered a $4 Whopper Junior meal and I paid for it with $100 bill first when I pulled up to the window to pay for it the girl was texting on her phone and then she turns around and gets my money and I paid for it with $100 bill so she had to call for a change in the middle of lunch and so I'm waiting and waiting and waiting for her someone to bring her change then she hands me my change and she did not bother to count all that money back to me and she was paying me back with small bills so I asked her to count the money back and she did and while we are waiting she gave me my drink but she never to give me my food so after all that waiting we both said I said Thank you and she says something I'm not sure what what nothing smart or anything but anyway I drive off without the food I go back and get my order because she never gave it to me and which I should have made sure I had it but I didn't but anyway I ask her was this I said is this food still hot she said yes she said we just remade it well I drive off and I began to eat the Frog I knew immediately they had not remade it cuz they were not cold but they wasn't hot nor were they Fresh & the Burger was sloppy sloppy it just wasn't a very good experience and $4 is $4 I don't think that we should have to pay for food and it turn out to be sloppy and a messy sandwich cold fries I just think I'm not trying to get her in trouble or the manager because he was standing right there with her when she said they have remade it obviously he knew they didn't remake it but I just think it was a very bad experience and you should not be doing things like that I've worked in fast food for 30 years and I was a manager and I didn't believe in doing things like that and I don't appreciate it been done to me so that is my review actually I wouldn't even give you one star if I...

Stopped here today for lunch, as I was working in the area. Ordered the "Crispy Onion Whopper" changed the condiments on the burger to what I wanted, Ketchup, Mustard, cheese and the "crispy" onions. Removed BACON and ONION rings. charged me 0.30 for Xtra. Have the slip showing the deletion of lettuce, pickles, MAYO, barbecue sauce. CLEARLY printed on the "sandwich" make ticket . They weren't busy, 1 other person in line after me, and no one in line ahead. Waited got my food and left. Got back to work and I may as well have written my order in braile . I'm alergic to MAYO!!!! DRIVE back to the resturant, and explain the problem. Had to practically YELL what I wanted, past the clerk to the cook. ITS PRINTED ON YOUR SLIP ON THE BURGER YOU MADE INCORRECTLY READ IT AGAIN, OR HAVE SOMEONE READ IT TO YOU. Never offered a refill on my drink, my fries had gotten cold etc etc. Asked in an email how was the service........ sent this to them. My response from BK customer service. This place has been there for a good minute. I remember when it was Arby's and served 🍨🍦 ice cream by the scoop from behind the glass where all the flavors were. Not sure why it ever changed hands. It's a convenient stop if your in the area. You'll see a few locals who frequent there that work close by. Not many people from 81 but that may change with that Buckey's coming to the exit and who knows what all else now that someone's gotten a tastes of selling land. As for the food... I can't say I don't eat fast food anymore. I'm sure it's the same as it ever was most everywhere. Open later than other places in the area(typical hours of most BK's). Always fast with the food. Hardly over crowded👍 though sometimes the parking lot may have number of truck drivers resting. Which is required. Safety first. OH impossiwhopper is so highly processed it's far from good for you and... It's usually much faster than the McDonalds up the road which seems to always not have something that is on the menu especially ice cream, milkshakes and specialty...
