Bojangles — Restaurant in Mount Holly

I always get the same thing and it’s always the same price. The woman who took my order rang it in wrong and I politely tried to explain that at the window to the woman who was accepting the money. The one who took my order rudely comes into the window raising her voice at me saying she repeated the order to make sure it was correct. I explained what I wanted again and that it wasn’t correct, she then grabs the side of large mac n cheese (which I didn’t order) and slams it down and starts yelling in my face. I drove off with no food. What I wanted was a bo-size combo of 4 piece chicken supremes with a regular side of mac n cheese and a regular side of mashed potatoes and then a large Sierra Mist. I get the same thing every time I go there and it’s never been an issue until today. She thought I wanted a large side and a medium drink and I’m confused at how or why. But it’s the fact that she wasn’t willing to listen and just fix the order and proceeded to yell and argue when I was nicely trying to explain what was wrong so we could fix it. I’d rather take my business elsewhere if the customer service standard is yelling in the customers face, arguing, and slamming food around. I will...

I can just about see this bojangles from my front porch. It’s nothing for me to swing in any time of day for a biscuit and or large sweet tea. I was stoked when this location opened for convenience sake. That being said I would suggest not going to this bojangles after somewhere around 4/5pm to avoid wasting your time and money.

This bojangles is great until the dinner crew starts. The food is consistent during the morning and lunch hours. I find this bojangles is especially goos during the morning rush hours. Every time I have been in the morning I get in and out the order is accurate and the tea is on point!

Sometime after lunch the night crew comes in and all of that goes out of the window. Food is always cold, and they don’t make any more tea. As in they sell what was there when they took over, usually spur by then. When it’s out there never seems to be an attempt to make more, your advised to pick differently. I’ve observed very different interactions with customers based on skin tone with the later crew at this establishment as well. The lighter your complexion the darker your interaction will...

When this location first opened, they were on point. Over the past several months, service has taken a steep decline. I was told it would take approximately 5 minutes to have my order ready. I looked at the board as they were handing me my order, it had been in the queue for 20 minutes and 25 seconds. My order only had 2 - four piece tender combos and a pork chop combo. The long wait was for the pork chop to cook. They did not start cooking it until the order taker asked how long it would be for the pork chop to be finished. The six or seven people in the prep/cook area were too busy joking and playing around to pay attention to the order board. The entire 20 minutes I stood there, the only people being productive were the ones at the front and drive through counters. After I was there for approximately 10 minutes, the person that appeared to be a manager started helping prep and bag orders but initially he was part of the joking and playing crew.
