Udder Bliss Creamery — Restaurant in Mount Joy Township

I found this place has my favorite flavor TEABERRY!! I have been buying 4 pints a week at $20 a pop ($5/pint). I spent $40 last week and bought 8 total pints. Teaberry is very much a best seller as the pints sell out each week. I found out tonight that the owner is not making more teaberry pints this week to resupply the freezer for customers. Apparently they don't have good business sense of best sellers and supply and demand. I must have spent about $100 on teaberry ice cream in the last month and they are not making more?!?! While I was standing in line once after grabbing the last 4 pints of teaberry a guy behind me found out I had grabbed the last of the teaberry so I decided to let him have one of mine and I got another of something else. So that shows you it's a very big favorite of customers. I'm sorry to say I won't be spending anymore money at Udder Bliss in Elizabethtown and will be someone else's good fortune to receive my money in the future for their teaberry ice cream. Take my advice and find another ice cream shop for a frozen treat. I think I'll go back to Twin Kiss they might not have teaberry but they do have very good soft...

I never leave reviews unless they’re positive; however, my experience was so awful that I hope it leads to properly training the creamery staff. I was the only POC ordering in the creamery. I was treated abrasively. The woman taking my order was extremely unwelcoming, shoved my order across the counter at me, and when my order was wrong and I asked politely if it could be corrected. She proceeded to correct me in a condescending manner. The rest of the staff was super nice. They noticed what was happening and intervened. We stopped by Udder Bliss a couple a couple of times this week. The first time was based on the recommendation of my son and daughter in law and the second time was after we realized what wonderful ice cream they make. There are a wealth of flavors (I personally tried Groff's Maple Bacon & Shoo Fly Pie). Additionally, the store has a fantastic staff. Maggie was there during both stops. I'm sorry that I didn't take notice of the rest of the staff members names, but each of them was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. It's a little off the beaten path but well worth the few minutes drive from the center of Elizabethtown to enjoy some of the best ice...
