My order was placed at Domino’s, Mt Pleasant North Carolina. Manager name Byron(more than likely made up a random name) because we he answered he first said his name was “manager” and there were people laughing in the background. Totally unprofessional. We ordered a large cheese pizza, after getting off the phone with the representative we realized we forgot to mention adding parmesan cheese and red pepper packets. The person we spoke to never mention his name, but ensured that it was no problem and that it would be added. He never mention an additional charge or anything, because I would have paid for it, I’d mentioned! 30 minutes later the delivery person delivered the pizza, we asked about the Parmesan and red pepper packets and he stated that it wasn’t apart of our order. We then opened the pizza box and the crust was black burnt, and the pizza was hard as if it was sitting for a while, with no sauce on the pizza at all. We called management who then proceeded to argue that he himself made the pizza and that this way no way it was made the way I was describing. He stated that all of dominos pizza our on a 6minute conveyor belt and he’s never had this issue before. When asked for a refund he chuckled and then said sure. When asked when I could expect this refund he said 1-2 two days. I do not appreciate being called a liar. I don’t know appreciate the way the situation was handled, and until this refund is processed and I hear back from someone who isn’t a high school drop out and needed to make himself feel better about himself by insulting his customers. Dominos pizza will hear from...
Read moreIf I could give negative stars, I would. Never had a worse customer service experience in my life. Ordered online, waited the hour estimate the tracker gave me, called and found out my pizza has been sitting done for 40 minutes with no drivers to deliver it. I went to pick it up myself, after already paying the delivery charge, touched it and it was cold. When I asked how that was ok, four young punk "managers" got in my face telling me everything from it was the general managers fault to my own for ordering online because everybody knows walk-in customers take precedence. And when I told them I was done discussing it with them, they heard I was done with them, to which they replied "good, we don't like serving your kind anyway". The pizza, though cold, was still good, but if I have to drive to pick it up since this place obviously doesn't care about timely delivery, then this family will be making the old familiar pizza drive to the...
Read moreJust left- manager was boxing pizza with mask only looped around an ear not on his face. When I said something to the Togo window attendant she said something to him. He yelled my Mask ripped I was getting another one. No he was boxing pizza. Breathing over pizza. He told me his hands were clean. I said it’s spread from Mouth and nose. He finally got a mask and had his nose out. When I asked why he wasn’t wearing it properly he said they were allowed to wear them like this. This is when he told me he was a manager. We did not get our food. Based on the corporate commercials bragging on how they are exposure free, this is really scary their manager doesn’t understand how the virus is spread or how to properly wear a mask meaning his employees are doing the same. This is scary! Protect yourself Mt...
