I am originally from Charleston and LOVE the Benne Wafers made at this bakery. I have been eating them since I was a little girl. Unable to visit, I ordered a pound of the wafers and paid for expeditied shipping to get them as soon as possible (sooo good)! The delivery guy left the package out where animals got to it before I got home from work (life in the woods) and did not really offer to fix the problem. I called the bakery and they IMMEDIATELY overnighted me replacement cookies. I was THRILLED to receive such amazing service on top of the already delicious...
