
I came in a week or so ago and there was a young woman with glasses, face tattoos and tattoos all over her hands/arms who was EXTREMELY rude and unwelcoming. She continued to interrupt me as I was inquiring about menu items and talked to me like I was a child.. I’ve never had any bad experiences at Sierra 22 until this girl started working there. She doesn’t greet people nicely and is so unprofessional it’s absurd that they want to keep someone like that working there. I will not be back until that girl is no longer there. How can this little coffee shop welcome small businesses in to increase capacity? This is a great opportunity for a local small business incubator for entrepreneurs. Dropped by for coffee and a pastry before the office opened at 8. Staff didn't know if internet was available to get a bit of work done nor what the password was. Unable to make change for a $50.    Read moreWe stopped with my parents. My dad is 84, a veteran, and often wears a military hat and garb. He was immediately noticed and taken care of with the ultimate respect. He said his old Ironsides was excellent. The churro and dirty chai were good, but the honey lavender cold brew was EXCELLENT! The owner is a younger, and friendly, veteran who is working hard to grow his business, serve his community and support his comrades and family. We highly recommend this coffee shop. It was definitely worth the short detour off the highway.
