Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Mount Vernon

I had a fantastic experience at this location today!

I went in around 5:00 pm. Being supper I expected to wait awhile. I was wrong. I got a special order cheeseburger and then went to sit down. I had hardly pulled out my phone when a employee came up to me and handed me my burger. This was shockingly fast. After this I watched the drive through and I was surprised to see that it was moving just as quickly. On another note the teen working the register was really nice and experienced. The facility was also pretty clean.

Ultimately, if you live in Mount Vernon, and you're looking for a place to get a quality and quick bite, I highly recommend...

Bunch of teen girls up front working too busy looking at boys coming in. Did not pay attention to what the order consisted. Ordered BBQ 4 piece chicken asked for gravy instead of ranch. Did not receive. The bbq was barely even covered on the meal. Also ordered 4 piece chicken basket as well. Both orders fries cold. Ordered two blizzards one small and medium. Medium was the new Carmel Java blizzard. Small was supposed to be a cookie dough was for sure butterfinger. Came out very runny. Would have reported to manager but did not see one to report. So this has been a recurring issue that seems to get worse each time we get blizzards here that we get soup. But tonight was very frustrating as I ended up with a bonus blizzard soup cup. I’m not trying to be harsh but my order wasn’t listened to, which led to my getting a third blizzard due to the remake all of which are having to sit in my freezer in order to harden up so that they can be eaten with a spoon instead of a straw. I have a mess in my car to clean up because I don’t have the hands to juggle bonus soup cups. This has been such an issue that we typically won’t bother...
