Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Mount Vernon

This location has rapidly gone downhill. We ordered a delivery earlier this evening. It arrived with part of it being correct. The buffalo chicken sandwich had no blue cheese and no buffalo sauce (basically a chicken, cheese, and onion sandwich). Prior to this, over the past year, we have ordered the buffalo chicken pizza approximately 6 times. It arrived 5 of those 6 times without buffalo sauce. I don't know what is going on with this store, but I would not recommend ordering from them. I've been a long-time Dominos fan. I used to work for Domino's in another state about 10 years ago. At the store I worked, the manager would not have allowed the poor food quality to continue. We (the employee making regular mistakes) would have been replaced, and the food quality would have been maintained. I am VERY disappointed in the Mount Vernon Domino's Pizza. 1-12-24 - since my last review, they have greatly improved and have been attentive to getting everything just right. My boyfriend and I ordered a sub and a cookie brownie last night around 10:30 and wanted it delivered they told me they where busy and that it would be 45-50 minutes, which I had no issue with. My issue started when I waited an hour and a half for two items to show up at my door and they never came until I called again around 12 for them to tell me they showed up but no one answered. Little background on my apartment: there are two doors one that leads to the porch and one that leads into the house. When you knock on the outside door it will open because the latch is loose and the door creaks really loud and you can hear it from upstairs. You can also see the inside door while you’re standing on the stairs so there’s no reason he couldn’t have walked on to the porch and knock on the big door. Ordered Pizza this past Friday

I arrived at the pick up window AFTER they said my pizza was complete. I had to sit at the window for 10min watching 3 employees goof off and have a personal conversation before they would even acknowledge that I was there. Once they did acknowledge me they just turned and said "what do you want". They finally gave me my order and it was parmesan knots and not garlic knots and they did not include the dipping sauces I had paid extra for. They would also not even talk to me or acknowledge me enough to get what I had paid for that they had failed to give me.

If I could give 0 stars I would. There were no other customers in line or in the store and I could visibly see the employees socializing and ignoring me.
