Marcello's Pizza — Restaurant in Mount Wolf

STAY AWAY!!! We have ordered from this pizza shop a few times. The food is normally good. Yesterday we ordered Wings and a Stromboli. We waited 1 hour and 10 mins for our food to arrive.When it did arrive It was completely cold and the Stromboli was soggy. I called ask asked to speak with the manager. I was given to the owner Nick. He stated that the only thing he would do is send us our order out again. But he did not know how long it would be. I declined that offer, because of how long we had already waited. I asked if we could have our money back. He started raising his voice with me and yelling. He said if we wanted our money back we would have to drive there and return the food. Which upset me because the whole reason we ordered was so we didn't have to leave the house. He then hung up on me and my husband called back. He still would not return our money. So we drove to the pizza shop to return the food. He began yelling at me and my husband again. One of the cooks came around the counter told us to get the Fuc* out of the store. I have never seen anything like this. He told me he canceled my order and my money would be returned to my card after i threatened to call the police. The money is still pending in my account if it is not returned in the next few days i will be returning to the store. Horrible...

I don't normally write negative reviews, because I'm not hard to please...but...this evening I called to order a delivery at 5:48pm (one large pizza, some wings and moz cheese sticks). I was quoted 50 to 60 minutes...which I understood (it was Friday and Holiday Season). An hour goes by...no food...so I call and the girl states that she doesn't see an order here, so it must be out in a couple minutes.,,,

Another hour goes by...still no order. Call again and talk to a female manager who places me on hold for ten minutes while she attempts to contact her delivery driver. Delivery driver has the food supposedly, but cannot make my delivery. She offers 10% off the bill to remake/deliver the food. I say either it's Free or I Cancel....she does not offer to give it to me for free...so I Cancel the order.

Had a cheese pizza delivered from the Mt Wolf location and it was under cooked and dripping with too much cheese. I called back and asked for a manager. I spoke with a manager and advised him if the situation and he sent out another pizza back out which took another 50 minutes to get here when I live 8 mins away and it was just as bad as the first one. The center was not cooked all the way and way to much cheese There pizza is normally really good but not today! I asked for my money back and I was advised they would put a credit on the wall. I didn’t want a credit I wanted my money back. I am a regular customer and I will never be ordering from there again. I’m driving to the store tomorrow to get...
