The bad: Tried to call in my to-go order, which I don’t even is possible, but that doesn’t matter. They didn’t answer, so I assumed they were busy. Got here and there are only 2 people here and no one in line. After placing our order, my wife noticed the phone ring and watched our order taker take the phone off the hook and not answer.
We also noticed on our receipt that she didn’t put no tomatoes on her chicken wrap. I went up and had it corrected. I just don’t understand how you do this, being that we were literally the only people in line. There was no rush. But we will chalk this up to a mistake. She also didn’t give us our change back, but I don’t really care (it was only $0.25). I think she was just having an off day.

   Read moreThe only reason I am giving two stars is because the food is okay. The service is bad… extremely unprofessional, always snappy and acts like serving us is a chore. I get it, it’s always been busy since meal cards became usable for meals but you picked the job and serving the base population is YOUR job you got for yourself. We didn’t apply for the job for you. Being nice is free and costs you nothing. There are not many food options around and strikers is one of many peoples go to’s for lunch and diner. They also can’t seem to keep staff more than a few months and I am sure there’s a reason for that. The new renovated area is beautiful and so fun with the golf simulator but aside from that, let's get to the FOOD.
The server recommended their burger and so I decided to try it. Oh. My. Lanta. I am Canadian and so burgers are not as much a big thing as they are in the States and so I have had MANY here since I've been here BUT this is easily top 3 best burgers I've ever had in my life.
They use Waygu beef which helps of course, but any of you that cook know that you can only make a meal as well as you can cook it. So HUGE kudos to the chef for this masterpiece.
Their service is great and super attentive as well. I will be very excited when we do our next round here to have their food again.
