My husband and I had heard of The Botanist from some people traveling from the cities who happened to stop at the brewery in our town, so we went to celebrate our anniversary. If we could've stayed there all day, we would have. The atmosphere was spectacular - it's a restored bank building that looks like a high-end cocktail bar you'd expect to see in a large city. Adam (the owner/bartender) was so personable and made incredible drinks - he told us not to bother with the menu and just asked what we liked. He made me a hibiscus gin martini and then a hibiscus aviation. My husband had some whiskey sour and sage drink that he loved. The pizza was excellent, too!
