I used their online ordering system for an XL pepperoni pizza. I was charged for the full amount of toppings, $3.50. When I get to the restaurant, the lady at the register can’t find my order by my name. Then she can’t find it by my the description of my order.
I had to pull up the order email on my phone to show her what I got. She finds my order, gets my pizza and it’s made wrong. Only half the pie had pepperoni. The other half was plain. I told the lady at the register and she showed me the receipt that had pepperoni on half. I never put that in the order and I showed her my email that didn’t have the same instructions. Also, I pointed out that I was charged for full toppings not half.
Another lady comes over and tries to bullshit me that $3.50 is the price for half toppings. I responded that I know that’s not true and that half toppings cost $2.50. This Second Lady then gets a paper menu to check the cost of toppings. After she realized I was correct she said they can put the pepperoni in the other half. I asked if that means they will have to re-cook the entire pie. She said no, they’ll grill the pepperoni and add it on the plain said.
So I wait another 2 minutes and she brings out the pie with the half grilled pepperoni. By the time I got home I had to re-cook the pepperoni but it still didn’t taste the same as if it was made with the pizza. Additionally, the pie was bland. Not much sauce and the cheese was tasteless. I’ll never order from this place again. I could’ve ordered King’s, Pizza Bella, Januzzi. But I chose this place as it was closest to where I live....
   Read moreI ordered a turkey club a few weeks ago and one of the wooden stakes that keeps the sandwich together was broke off In the sandwich !! luckily I didn’t swallow it. I took a picture of the broken stake and text it to them. I called to complain about it and they gave me a credit for the next time I ordered . I just ordered the other day the same thing turkey club sandwich it had a toothpick with those curly tops ends, I pulled the toothpick out and took a bite and low and behold about a half an inch long was a broken toothpick. I couldn’t believe it. Discussed I threw the whole sandwich in the garbage. I wasn’t going to call again but felt I had to. The girl on the phone was super nice I asked if I could send a picture and she said no, but whoever the gentleman was in the background wasn’t. He wanted me to drive back return the sandwich and he would give me a new sandwich, I was just disgusted at that point I already threw in the garbage and wasn’t going to dig it out. He would not give me credit he said that if I wanted another club sandwich he would take 20% off. Not good customer service how does this happen that there are broken pieces of wood in the sandwich. He is lucky I did not swallow that . I will take my business...

One person paid for their order over the phone with a card, and the other 3 paid cash. The woman who took our order said she charged the card $7 for the card order. About 10 minutes after placing our order, she called back to ask if we wanted sauce on one of the pizzas we ordered. We said yes. The delivery person gets here, and the woman who took our order charged the card $21, and the pizza she specifically called to ask about did not have sauce.
