Taco Bell — Restaurant in Mountain View

Traveling from southeast Missouri to Oklahoma for a week. We stopped by Taco Bell as we were traveling through on Tuesday. Went through the drive thru. Husband ordered a potato grilled that has the fiesta potatoes on it along with a few other items. And my favorite is the fiesta potatoes. So I ordered 2 orders of those. Nothing else! Got out of the parking lot opened the potatoes and they were hard. Like they had been cooked double the amount of time. The potatoes on my husband’s grilled was the same way. I didn’t eat but the one bite. Husband didn’t eat the rest of his griller. Just settled with the other food he had ordered. On our way back through today (Sunday) we decided to go in and order our food to go. We expressed our previous visit with the cashier. She throughly apologized to us. She said she’d make sure they’d make the potatoes fresh for us. All seemed great. I opened them up and checked them before we walked out. I ate both my orders. Husband ordered his same stuff. Griller was great. He also ordered a chicken quesadilla and a soft taco with no lettuce. We both ate the potato stuff first. And then opened the quesadilla and it was dry. They had forgotten the creamy jalapeño sauce that comes on it. It wasn’t good. And then the soft taco no lettuce, low and behold it did in deed have lettuce on it. I just don’t understand how people can’t read the orders correctly. They were not busy. No one in drive through. 2 customers eating food. And no one in line. The lady that took our order was extremely nice and she did everything right. We called and told her that we had another bad experience and she apologized again to us. We like to stop in Mountain View because it’s convenient. But I think we will find another place to stop for now on....

This place is RIDICULOUS!!! I am shocked that I am the 1st to write about this but what happened over the last 2 days has blown my mind and I am LIVID!!! The new owner took it upon himself to hold ALL OF THE CHARGES MADE FROM JUNE OF THIS YEAR (for whatever reason) AND CHARGE THEM ALL IN ONE DAY TO OUR ACCOUNT!!! Meaning that the 15 times since we have been there and used our card to PAY FOR OUR FOOD AT THE TIME WE PURCHASED IT since June, he SOMEHOW was able to hold off the funds and charge them all on the same day which was yesterday November 1, 2015 in the amount of $177.43 !!! Most of us go out to eat at a fast food restaurant when we have a little EXTRA MONEY to spend on the day we go, not 4 months after the fact so that we can pay it all off!!! The kicker in all of this is that I check my bank account on a DAILY BASIS and the charges were in a pending status as ALL TRANSACTIONS are so we ASSUMED that all was fine as we have never heard of a fast food restaurant doing anything like this!!! Mark my words, we are contacting the Attorney General as well...

I do not visit often. About 3 or 4 weeks ago I ordered a burrito deluxe with No Onions and added Guacamole. Received a burrito with double the onions and a little guacamole on about a half inch of the burrito the meat was Chicken. Only Beef is the offering on a burrito deluxe. I went back a week ago and ordered a burrito deluxe with no onions and everything else the same. I received a burrito deluxe with very few onions, no beef, but loaded with Refried beans! I give up on the Mt View MO Taco Bell. They cannot get an order correct. The manager refused to refund the money on the first order. Did not bother to ask on a second. Refried Beans are much cheaper...
