Jo and her friendly family of staff have shown me why other's liked this store so much!
Searched the web looking for AORITIKO honey varieties, and my search led me to ANTHOS, so I didn't need to look anywhere further than here! I ordered a single jar of AORITIKO Heath, Forest & Locust Tree Honey to try since this one isn't available anywhere close to me.
The diligent staff protected my jar in bubble wrap, wrapped real good & covered it in neat tissue paper with an Anthos 'blossom' sticker, placed foam chips for added protection, and added a little note with a breathtaking image of Greece on the front-side as a way of personally saying 'Thank-You' from the Anthos family, which is a nice touch.
I've tried the AORITIKO Cretan Mountains Honey & AORITIKO Cretan Wild Thyme and both deserve a place on the podium, then this AORITIKO Heath, Forest & Locust Tree Honey is now my #1 favorite, so all three varieties of Aoritiko (I've personally auditioned) take the winner's podium, and a hard team to beat!
Elle, Jo, Devin & Tassos are kind people at Anthos who helped make my day very special because AORITIKO Honey makes my EVERYDAY Glorious. My few orders here have left me feeling Grateful, Happy, 100% Satisfied & Thankful to have found this Family store in Pennsylvania.
I look forward to another order of this high-quality Splendid Cretan Honey soon. Anthos & Aoritiko are #1, and Thank YOU for...

Having spent some time in Baltimore before, it's been a real struggle to find authentic Greek delicatessen foods. The authentic is important here - real Greek vs immitation is day and night. I just tried the Phileos extra virgin olive oil and I've never had anything like it in the US before. I'd happily drink it on its own. They even have barley rusks which are the most essential (but difficult to find) ingredient of Dakos. If you've never tried Dakos before, do it. Grated tomato, olive oil and oregano (I also like Thyme instead) on top of barely rusks (splash the rusks with water first to wet them a little), then add feta or Cretan mitzithra cheese to your heart's content. An olive...
Read moreIt will be a few weeks before I need to open (and try) the olive oil I purchased. But if the design of the packaging, the lovely, hand-written note, and the welcome gift (I ordered quite a few bottles in good faith) are any indication, I'm looking forward to some excellent products. I'm already impressed by their customer service...
