Neat little restaurant but doesn't seem to have been well-kept. Haven't eaten there in years and decided to stop for a burger. They've gone way downhill, much like many other restaurants; like small frozen patties, dry and no flavor. The wait staff (which is usually just one person) doesn't get in a hurry about anything at all. They'll serve you when they get around to it. Besides one table being served in one section, we were the only couple in the front area. It would also do well for them to have a standard of cleanliness and professionalism. They're nice enough but looked like they rolled out of bed and threw on their least dirty clothes. I know waiting is not an easy job, but with the restaurant itself already barely passing the bar on being clean enough for us to want to eat in there, at least clean employees/representatives...

Worst restaurant ever. Had ranch spilled on me and one of my 4 friends that was with me. Okay accidents happen fine. But my other two friends who spoke first while ordering didn't even get there food until after my and my friend got ours. We all ordered at the same time on the same ticket. And they had to watch 6 other people come in, order food get it eat and leave before there food was brought to them and even then it was wrong. No apologies from the staff for this. The food was subpar and the service was horrible. I have worked retail, wait staff in food services and even hotel hospitality so I get it it can be hard but the continued incompetence and the nonchalant attitude of these people and the way we were treated was horrendous.
