Pizza King Take-N-Bake Store — Restaurant in Muncie

I ordered Take and Bake from this store 3 weeks ago. We were so happy and could not wait to eat pizza for dinner. To be honest, we both were very disappointed. The only thing that tasted really good was the bread sticks. The pizza tasted very old. The crust that is. I'm not really sure if you make your dough fresh or if it comes frozen, but if it's frozen stop it's horrible.all of my regular royal feasts were broken into 3 different pieces on all my pizza pies. Disappointing. So I am going to be ordering more, I will expect better results. I want my pies cooked fresh, dough fresh, they can be cooked a day or 2 ahead of shipping then frozen then shipped on Monday or Tuesday. One who think when someone spending $422 to have them shipped, you would want them treated just like the one you pick up the phone for sitting inside the restaurant. Not one sitting in the little freezer cooler sitting in the lobby just sitting there getting older.

I am originally from Indiana, but living in Virginia. I have moved a lot, Philadelphia, NYC, NJ, etc, and Ive tried pizza in all these places. Nothing can compare to Pizza King as far as Im concerned. For my birthday this year I ordered pizza from Pizza King and it came quickly and was well packaged. I would advise you follow the directions they have printed and let the pizza thaw before baking it. I wasnt patient enough and ruined the first pizza. The best pizza I've ever had, hands down! You can taste the quality! The ingredients are always fresh and the toppings are plentiful. Although my family and I now live halfway across the U.S, we still order/ship this amazing pizza whenever we can. The customer service is always on point as well.
