Don't go here if you need anything more than a stock order off the menu.
So this whole thing is a slew of attitude and confusion. I ordered a double cheese burger add Mac Sauce and shredded lettuce and a small fry. I also communicated and asked if possible to order just a burger patty on the side for my dog. They said this was possible. I get my food and don't see the extra party on the side. So, I go back through the drive through drop my fries on the floor board while in the line to ask for my the extra patty I paid for. I let them know I didn't have the patty, but would need to order another fry in the process. The manager meets me at the window. Tells me they added the patty to the burger and wants me to show her the burger because she seen the staff put it on the burger. WELL in this process I drop 1/2 the split burger in my car floor board as I digging through the damn thing because they put it on the burger. The manager said is there anything else. I say Yeah I need the fries I'm willing to pay for since dropped them as I was coming back through the line. They gave me the fries for free.
My complaint is that the portion of the burger I dropped was my portion and I wouldn't have had to do that if I wasn't playing a balancing act while digging through it to see what the manager wanted me to see and holding it up high enough for her to see. I do want to add she DEFINITELY seen me drop it because I hadnt found the 3rd patty. I did try to hand it towards her, but she leaned back which is why I did it. Which is why I dug through it.
She had a attitude. It obvious when you exhale and close the window mid discussion. Im sure the exhale is because she thought I was frazzled. Which I was since 'm pretty passive generally and this kind of thing gets to me. Plus Ive never had to dig through my food at a drive through window befor. I was over apologetic to them for the confusion, but then I realized as I left I communicated Exactly what I wanted, more than willing to pay, and then the manager sees me drop my burger because of their request and didn't offer to replace it. I left and threw the burger away because it had hair and dirt on it. Couldn't give it to my dog because it had Onions on it. Hence why I asked for it on the side at the very beginning. I really just want the burger I paid for, but again I'm too passive. I really didn't like the way she engaged with me.
I asked and communicated exactly what I wanted, you all said it was possible, I'm willing/ did to pay for that request and then the order is messed up. Suddenly you give me attitude when I'm confused and not seeing the order we agreed to and because of what you wanted me to do my food got ruined. How else am I suppose to view this other than a total negative?

Read moreEvery time I go here, all the servers congregate to the front and chat, blatantly ignoring customers. Went to go to the first drive thru window and the cashier had their back on the window, leaning against it. I’ve also gotten snapped at by the cashier while ordering and just ordering a coke and some nuggets, it takes 5 mins because I’m getting bitched out and that is NOT what I want to encounter after a hard days work. I’ve gotten over 20 orders wrong, a few were understandable because of high traffic (or at least I’m hoping) but the rest was when the font of the business was empty and also the drive through being empty. Even when I just order a drink and my usual is a caramel frappe (its sooo good!) and it says so on the receipt, I end up getting chocolate a few times or a coke. I go here cause it’s next to the highway, I’ve gotten the order for the driver behind me a few times. They are very slow, it takes 10 mins for a damn coke cause they’re all chatting together instead and guess what? I had to pull forward! Just for a coke! They see you at the window and just stare at you, and are literally just looking around trying to nothing, just getting paid by doing nothing or hiding from work. I can’t just drive off because clearly I paid before hand. I’ve ordered a chicken sandwich and when I opened it and the huge glob of mayo was splattered on the bottom bun saturating it by the time I got home. I guess someone is pissed to work there? Despite this one being closer, I will no longer be going...
Read moreI asked for two Quarter Pounder CheeseBurger meals (for my brother and I) and they were out of quarter pounder meat. Not particularly their fault but an inconvenience nonetheless. So I asked for two 10 piece Chicken Nugget meals with Fries and a Soda. Well, the fries were relatively warm, cant really complain, I know what I was getting myself into ordering McDonalds in the first place. You know, quantity over quality. However, when I tried the chicken nuggets I declared it the worst food I've eaten in well over a year. Absolutely inedible. Almost like dog biscuits that I myself wouldn't even feed to a stray dog. But my sorry self paid good money for them. Next time, if I'm presented a choice between those nuggets and a dog treat.. I'll settle for Beggin Strips (the bacon flovored dog treats), it's probability being both better tasting and more nutritious.
The Coca-Cola was good though! Good job McDonalds! I give that 2 out of 5...
