The food was great. We all got delicious old fashioneds! The garbage bucket, morel burgers, and fish fry were some of the favorites among our group! One of my friends also asked for horseradish sauce - the waitress said they didn't have any, but then the head cook was kind enough TO MAKE IT FROM SCRATCH! Very hospitable!

Speaking of service - I came here with my bachelor party; there were 15 of us. My brother called ahead to make sure it was ok weeks in advance. Before we even got our orders taken, the head waitress came in to belittle us and make sure she would "string us up in our cute little Hawaiian shirts" if we had left a mess or mistreated her staff.

Let me be clear - we are all a bunch of nervous nerds who gave no inclination we would leave a mess, or mistreat the staff. We say our please and thank you and we all love our mommas. TO BE CLEAR they had a waitress walk out just before we left - but that still gave us a less than pleasant experience when it comes to service.
