Food was ok but, had a problem with my code working. Girl working drive thru told me she would have to re ring my order & to pull to window. When I got to window she told me my code wasn't working & I had to refresh for a new code. I handed her my phone to scan the code after a couple tries she was like oh there it goes. Gave me my phone back, I paid with my debit card got no receipt & now 3 days later my purchase & points have still not showed up in my McD's rewards account. Makes me believe she scammed me & used a code on her own account & got my points. I have no way to submit claim because she didn't give me my receipt. This is unusual as I usually always visit this location & my points usually pop on my account immediately & they always give you a receipt...very suspicious & only proof I have of purchase is charge to my account & the empty bag I kept in my car. I used a bogo breakfast sandwich deal code 4704 . I am really unhappy with this location for what I believe the employee may have done as I have read online about McD employees doing this to people previously for their personal point gains. Do Not Visit Schultz Family McDonalds at 3586 E Apple Ave in Muskegon, Michigan 49442 without making sure you get your points or at the very least a receipt...so if you have an issue you can submit the receipt to claim your points, They apparently have dishonest workers working their drive thru!! Read moreThis particular McDonalds is more of a headache trigger than it is a conveinence. For starters there is always a line about a mile long, not due to it being a hugely popular place but more that it's lunch or dinner time and the line is always long only because it's hardly moving at all. If your patient enough to wait it out just to reach the ordering speaker then your gonna need to repeat your order to the person at least 3 times, yes the fun is just beginning... onto waiting again until it's time to pay, which is also where you will be asked a couple times what it is exactly you ordered?? Waiting time again until finally you're up to the window, here you will be asked again but probably by 2 to 3 different employees what it is you ordered this will go on until someone asks you to pull forward and someone else will be out with your wrong order. Waiting again, wake up from nice little nap to stranger holding 1 bag where there should probably be at least 2 by your estimation. They split while you're checking the contents and of course items missing so back thru drive thru and that whole process up to window to explain problem back to pulling forward and waiting, out comes order, again things missing only cause they ran out and added other things in place of missing stuff. In the end you say screw it I'm outta here I will make due with what they gave me even though I'm not hungry anymore.... And that's on...
Read moreThis location is incredibly mismanaged. Over the past few months I've had a half a dozen, maybe 10 orders completely screwed up. Either they try to charge my card for the wrong order, they give me the wrong order or they completely ignore any special requests. For example I'll order a breakfast sandwich substitute round egg because I don't like the full today, the receipt will literally indicate subround egg and it's just the normal sandwich. It's gotten so bad that I have to physically open the wrappers of each of my sandwiches and check them before I leave the window. If it's not something like that it's just completely someone else's order and and then I either have to park and go in and wait for them to completely remake my order because they gave the correct order to somebody else who also got their order screwed up. This particular location always makes you give back the incorrect food and they throw it away, they must be throwing a lot of profits down the drain. If I was the owner I would not be happy. This is obviously a lack of your management being able to manage and it's got to be costing a ton of money. I can't be the only one having this many...
