The food was alright and my order was correct, but my brother's order was incorrect. Every table was dirty. The woman's bathroom toilet was dirty and I had to go next door to Fronney's to use their bathroom instead. I'm dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the place. I've worked at Imlay City Taco Bell in the past, as someone who works the window, and in your in between time you are supposed to clean the tables.
Here is my brother's experience. My brother wanted us to bring him home some food and they forgot to add steak to his power bowl, which he had requested and it was even on the sticker. He said he called the manager and she was very rude. He said she wouldn't even remake his food. To someone who has worked at Taco Bell, I think it is ridiculous behavior from the manager. In Imlay City, we always offered to remake the food. That's what you are supposed to do. As a manager, you are supposed to make things right with the customer so that they continue to do business with you. You are the face of the business as a manager.
I don't think I'll ever come back to this location after what I witnessed with how my brother was treated by management, and how dirty the place was.
