I was visiting Bisbee with a group of friends for a weekend event. La Ramada was recommended to us for dinner so we went there. We were seated and Savanna took our drink orders. I ordered Horchata which was made from powder and some others in the group were ordering alcoholic beverages and she was not familiar wit anything other than th e margaritas. Then we proceeded to order dinner. Most of us order the Ribeye steak dinner. About 15 minutes later Savanna came back to inform us that they only had 3 Ribeyes left and they were also out of green Chile and T-Bones which now limited our selection. Savanna then recommended the CarnĂ© Asada. Instead of leaving we decided to take her up on her recommendation. After an hour and a half waiting for our food and someone to check to see if we were ok on drinks, I asked the young man that was serving the other two tables if I could have some water. He brought my water and at that point asked if we needed anything. I looked up and saw Savanna at the cash register and I walked up to her and asked if our food was almost ready. She it would be about 5 more minutes. When the food arrived, the three Ribeyes looked like flank steak and the CarnĂ© Asada looked like a plain peace of bone in chuck. All the sides were missing other than a bowl of beans and tortillas that were so doughy they seemed raw! Needless to say that all the steaks and CarnĂ© Asada wee so tough and the steak knives so dull the food was not quit edible. I then walked up to Savanna again at the cash register and explained that the service and the food were not acceptable and they were not worth the 18% device fee they automatically add to parties of six or more and to split checks. She became argumentative. I simply stated âI do not expect to see this device fee on anyone of the checks.â When we received our checks the device fee was on each and every one! When we went to pay I mentioned to the young man that was at the register at this time that I would like for the device fee to be removed. He refused so I was not happy. We asked for the Manager and she came out. As we tried to explain to her the situation she proceeded to acuse us of lying regarding the service and that we were responsible for paying the service fee. She was not going to make any type of adjustment. In the conversation she dropped a few F bombs and stated âI hate those peopleâ F you all. So we feel that because we are a group of Gay people they did not want us there! It would have been a better experience if we would have just been told we werenât welcomed there. We all opted to pay and in all the chaos one couple in are group walked out thinking that the other had paid and the young man ran out and started writing down license plate numbers and the manager called the police. All which could have been eliminated if they had a clue what customer service is. I do not recommend this...
Read moreWe ordered the beef enchiladas and carne asada green chili burrito. There were a few orders in front of me so the wait was around 30 minutes. I was ok with this but the meat in the burrito was scarce for the price. The beans and rice are to die for.. but the meat in the enchiladas was SOOOO chewy. I hate to say this as i am not a picky eater but i was so hungry and still picked most of it out.And still not alot to begin with. It's a shame because it looked like it was once good beef. But in this case is was so incredibly chewy and tough. Very dissapointed with this as it's one of the only relatively affordable mexican restaurants left around town and this was my first time): the service was great. Flavor was great. Meat quality very poor and after i finished ordering i was told last minute the meat prices went up $2.00. I'm not sure if i was charged for it and i would have been fine with it if the qaulity and quantity was that of a Tucson food truck, packed full of meat, or atleast tender meat. But please be more careful): i got the impression this meat overcooked from the get-go and then dried out in a hot pan or something after all day even though it was only about 5:30. I really want to give this place another try as we're locals but it's really hard to justify paying regular restaurant pricing for something that should have been made fresh or simply tossed out. I've seen a few other critical reviews for tough meat so my worry is that this will happen again and I hate to be put into a position at a sit down restaurant of having to tell servers that something is inedible.. it isn't their faults. And then feeling like the owners or whoever feels obligated to give me something for free. Awkward situation. Not what I want. I understand distribution problems can be costly to a restaurant during this time but there are so many local meat producers in every surrounding area, I'm just not sure how the quality can be that poor and also be upcharged for it. ): i wish this business the...

HANDS DOWN THE WORST RESTAURANT!!!!
Ordered two burritos to go, there was only a table of five and us. Over 35 minutes to get our food while, the two out of the five meals from the other patrons were sent back to the kitchen. We ordered a green chili and carne asada burritos, we ordered this thinking would be safe to order from a Mexican restaurant... NOPE Greene chili burrito came out with shredded beef and very sparingly small diced chilis, the beef did not have any sort of seasoning, salt, nothing... No cheese, no beans, nothing... Carne asada burrito came with overly tough small diced fatty pork with a few pieces of pico de gallo. Thought Carne asada was suppose to be BEEF... Also no seasoning existed, no cheese, no beans, nothing... oh not to mention it could have been called a kid burrito.
While waiting for the lovely to go order, there is a young adult male behind the bar with open carry, taking orders, having an occasional drink from the overflow of another person making drinks. A minor, no older than 10-11 sitting at the bar, the one waitress standing at the bar just waiting for the food to come out of the kitchen. We can see the kitchen person struggling to get food out...One person in the kitchen and no one seems to want to help her... I guess they are embarrassed to have the food come out of the kitchen???? This place cannot think they are serving good food or have a great place...
