Subway — Restaurant in Nacogdoches

I ordered 2 foot long Subway melts on the mobile app. as part of a coupon offer for buy one foot long get one free. The order was ready when I arrived, which was good. After returning to work my co-worker and I noticed that the bacon was missing from our sandwiches. (Bacon comes on a Subway melt) My co-worker called the Subway store to notify the attendant. The attendant was the same who had just made the sandwiches, and was veryRUDE! He made the comment that we could "eat the sandwiches the way they were made." We are in a customer service field as well, and do not argue with our customers, let alone condescend to them. After feeling forced to argue our disappointment, the attendant finally agreed to re- make only 1 of the sandwiches, citing the coupon offer as having "given 1 free sandwich already." WOW!! With no further remedy available, we agreed to this half-hearted offer. The worst part is that we discovered that the attendant I am referring to is the manager!! WOW again!!! In addition to this, the vegetables tasted and looked nearly rotten. My advice is that if you want to eat at Subway in Nacogdoches, take your hard earned money to a different location. I eat here very often and always get the same sandwich.meatball sub well tonight I go in and make my order as usual come home to eat my food and the sandwich is cold the meatballs were not completely frozen but we're cold, if you have had a meatball sub before they are warm so they melt the cheese. Stopped again because I was in the area and hungry, now a year later. Bread was dried up and stale. Vegetables almost good. Customer service was better. Still a mistake to stop there.
