Whataburger — Restaurant in Nacogdoches

We came through around 10am and ordered 2 large fries, a cup of ice, and a Whataburger jr meal with a large DP. I understand having to wait for food to be cooked, but we waited for a RIDICULOUS amount of time there in the drive thru. There was a car in front of us that was waiting on their food when we placed our order and drove around. After 12 minutes they received their 3 drinks, then 8 minutes later a bag came out and they pulled away. We get up to the window and the lady finally appeared to hand us our drink. My mom took a drink and said this is absolutely not Dr. Pepper. I tasted it and it tasted like they had put some of the drink from the neighboring soda in there, like it was DP mixed with something else like orange flavored. The lady comes back to the window to take our money and I told her about the drink not being all DP and mom wanted another one. She rolled her eyes handed me our change of less than $3 from $30 and told me she couldn't touch that drink but would get her another one from another machine. 15 minutes later she gave us our bag of food and shut the window. She was super rude the whole time. Then she finally brought the drink back and stated that it tasted just like Dr. Pepper because she had tasted it herself. We didn't like the sound of her tasting of her drink, but mom put her straw in and it had zero carbonation in it. We waited for 5 minutes for her to return to the window but she never did, so we wound up pouring out BOTH sodas and going down the road to purchase an actual Dr. Pepper that didn't have other soda in it or had someone taste it themselves. We spent over 40 minutes total in the drive thru and spent almost $30 on 2 large fries, cup of ice, whataburger jr and a small fry. This place doesn't even deserve a star let's start from the beginning.. they took our order wrong from the start and they tried to charge us full meal price when we asked for just two burgers and a meal we had to tell her a few times it's wrong and they where nice enough to refund the money 20 min later we go ask about our meal since we see people after us get there meals already. They give us the order for it to be all wrong not even the burgers we asked and missing a whole meal. I asked for my money back because I was just so fustrated and annoyed also disgusted with there manners and how they didn't even use gloves to get our fries. It's sad the whole time they gave looks and provided poor service. Probably the worst whataburger I ever went to which is really sad! The store owner needs to know whats going on. Just under an hour through the drive through line at 1:30 pm. There was 1 car in front of me when I pulled up to order kiosk. Ordered a pattimelt, large fries, and a large coke. No changes, nothing extra, just a pattimelt meal. When I got to the window the cashier couldn’t find my order. At the time I was the only one in the drive through. I sat there over 20 minutes and then she asks me to pull up. Anther 30 minutes and she walks up, sticks a bag with cold fries and a pattimelt up to the window and walks off.
