FOOD: 2 HOURS LATE SERVICE: SO SLOW, IT'S A MANAGEMENT PROBLEM ATMOSPHERE: REALLY, AWFUL, COMPETING VENUES BEVERAGES: ADULTERATED, OFF-LABEL CHEAP ALCHOHOL
It's crazy how owners want to "go with the flow," and provide poor service, ambiance, and music to everyone under the sun. My suggestion is you NOT go to this place unless you like off-lable achohol, really slow service, and a flea-market style of ambiance.
Please allow me to elaborate. The owners want to be "everything to everybody" and all venues, quite magically, totally clash.
I say magically because this place has it all to be a nice dining locale. It looks over Fajardo bay, with Vieques in the distance. Still, by making this a place for children's ponies, drive-in theather, party center, casual and more formal dining, among just a few of the selections, all within feet of each other, the place is a mish-mash of disorganized irritants and clashing themes. Nothing really works, even as dining is a total never-again fail.
This place is good, mayybee, for the owners, not for guests.
Again, I would not ever again go. The golden rule of "do ONE thing well and STICK to that" has no friends here. At least spread things out, my good man, so they dont clash like that. It's not like you don't have the room. Sign of the cross,...

Read moreWe were a group if 10. We waited about an hour and 40 minutes to be seated, which wasn't that bad since the place has a nice view and they had an outside bar and small kitchen that serves some appetizers. After we were seated, we waited about 20 min for someone to come to our table and take our order. The server took our order and after about 5 minutes we received some drinks and soup we had ordered. The server showed up almost 3 hours later, when she casually let us know that there were still 6 tables before us waiting for food. We asked her to cancel our order and then "miraculously" our food started coming out of the kitchen. Still, three of us had to wait about an additional 15 minutes for our food to come out. Again, no servers came to our table to ask if we needed something else or if everything was ok. Just as people from our group started finishing their food, two servers came to take away empty plates. They were quick to pick up empty plates but with nothing else. About another 15 to 20 minutes passed after everyone had finished and no one came by to ask if we needed something else. We had to get up and ask for the check. We just wanted to leave and...
