I'm unfortunately changing my earlier review (shown below the line) from five stars to one. It truly is a one-of-a-kind place, but the last two times that I have been there, their front counter people (different every time) were very nice and polite, have completely messed up my order and I believe greatly overcharged me.
Last time I was there, about a month ago, I ordered both a cheeseburger as well as a French Dip. Only after paying for both was I told that they did not have the French Dip, but the front counter person, nor anyone evidently there knew how to refund the money or change the order. I finally told them just to give me two cheeseburgers, which they did.
Tonight, was a total disaster! The young woman took my order which was for two cheeseburgers, with fries, and a chocolate malt. I went over the condiments with her twice, and asked for no relish and mentioned this twice. I received relish on both cheeseburgers. I also specifically ordered fries, and even went back to the window to be sure that I had fries, as it did not show on the receipts. Of course, no fries when I received the order, which incidentally for two cheeseburgers and drinks came to just over $25.00. They then charged me an additional 3+ dollars for an order of cold soggy fries.
I used to love this place, as evidenced by my earlier review, but now I won't return. I would actually rather have a mean counter person who gets my order correct, rather than a nice one, who even after double checking cannot get my order correct. One of a kind and I believe the only outlet and locally owned.
Generally wonderful food with very friendly and helpful staff. The French fries are the genuine thing, however there are usually more than I can eat, even in a small order.
They can also be very busy around noon, but the lines moves fairly fast.
On one occasion that managed to get the condiments wrong on my hamburger, so I'd suggest that you check yours to be sure that everything is as you order it.
Still they do deserve the five stars as they are far and above beyond most of the other local...

My family called in an order of 2 Swiss Mushroom Sandwiches, and a Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich, with 3 fries and 3 drinks. All was good on the phone, they told us 15min wait time. After driving to the restaurant, paying for and picking up the order we returned home and realized the Philly Cheesesteak was missing. We hastily returned to the restaurant in hope of receiving the missing sandwich. Unfortunately the lady that helped us informed us that she mistakenly forgot to mention that they were unable to make the Philly Cheesesteak tonight. We asked for a hamburger that was equivalent to substitute. And we received the smallest cheapest hamburger on the menu. Keep in mind on the menu the Philly Cheesesteak is $12.99, we received a basic hamburger at $3.59, and no additional refund was offered. Very disappointing to say the least. (Just to be clear we were not charged for the substitution, mentioned price is a reference.)
Besides being a little cold after all the running, there were no complaints about the Swiss and Mushroom sandwiches, and the fries with their fry sauce were great!
I would also like to mention that when brought to their attention management did reach out to ensure the issue will be addressed and taken care of. We are aware that everyone has ups and downs, but we do appreciate them reaching out!

Read moreThis place has the best burgers in the Vernal area, but the service needs some work. They made like 5 mistakes on our one order. They also are pricey, yet they need to put some money back into their building. The Tables’ and floor finishes have become tacky and are wearing through due to severe neglect. They also need to put some gloves on when handling their food.
One particular issue that was not impressive at all is that they made one of their burgers incorrectly and then insisted it was correct. Then they later came back and said that the menu says one thing but they followed what the sign said on the wall. I looked at the wall sign and it matched the menu. I guess the question is why there was no apology for having inconsistencies between their menu and wall (even though there wasn’t, but if they are going to say their are, they ought to be apologetic) and instead gave justifications that weren’t even accurate. I’ll probably eat here again due to the great food, but just be aware of their issues...
