The captain D in Dickson tn. Horrible. First they charged us for something we did not order then had to credit my card and ring back up. We had chicken strips instead of the fish that was ordered but we ate it then when I told the lady we had chicken strips instead of fish but ok we ate anyway the lady with short grey hair got upset and said her daughter was the general manager and gave us fish. Anyway my items were cold when I got mine. Lady was so rude I even said we ate anyway but just wanted them to know.bad service she acted like she hated the world and everybody in it we ordered fish. No crunchy bits either. My partner and I like captain d and in Clarksville we have good service at the one there also because we. Are seniors we get the senior meal. Management at the restaurant in White House TN. is terrible. i waited 45 minutes in line for my food while employees was outside smoking, when i got my order part of it wasn't there.Then when i made a complaint because of the wait i was told i had an attitude. So i asked to speak to a manager and when she came to the window and was telling her the situation, she responded by saying that she didn't believe her employee said that and the people outside smoking was off work, shut the window locked it and walked away. i have been waiting for 4 days to get a call from corporate and no one has returned a phone call. Customer service was very rude. Not only to me but two other customers. But not let me talk to explain to her that our food was cold and hard. SHe said we should have brought it back right away. Anyone with any common Sense would know that you don't know if it's cold till you try it. She would not replace it and laughed in my face. And as we were leaving she was in the window clapping like an idiot. And if I don't get a response back from the corporate I am going to report this to the better Business bureau.
