Just came home from my third and final visit to this location. Each visit has been awful. My first was shortly after they opened. Sign said they closed at 10 and we were there shortly before 9. Walked up to find the doors were locked.
Several months later I decided to give them another shot. Placed a mobile order for pick up and headed to the store. Walked in and waited nearly 15 minutes and never saw my order placed in the pick up area. Went up to the counter and inquired about my order and they claimed they never received it. They went ahead and made it for me and I left.
Tonight my girlfriend and I decided to drop in on our way home. The very rude and aloof female employee took my girlfriends order, gave her her donut and disappeared to the back without even asking if I had an order. We waited several minutes until my girlfriend finally called into the back room saying I had an order. She came back out and when I told her I had an order as well her reply was “Oh.” Not “Oh sorry.” or “Sorry about that.” No apology what so ever. I gave her my order. She handed me my donuts and went to make my coffee order. We noticed that she had also neglected to give us or even ask if we wanted our receipts. Likely to keep us from filling out the survey. So we took it upon ourselves to take our own receipts from the printer. After she made my coffee she sat it down on the mobile order pick up station and headed back to the back room. Never called it out. Never told me it was ready. Had I not seen her place it there I wouldn’t have even known it was ready.
They claim to be under new management but I don’t believe it. This place has had the same service since it opened. The staff is rude and act like they don’t want to be there. I can promise I won’t be back a fourth time and will be contacting the corporate office about this location.

Read moreThis is the only place on my route to work, and is the only explanation why I keep coming back despite the number of terrible experiences I've had in the past year. This last order was the worst. Bagel bites were cold in the center and still doughy. Avocado toast wasn't actually toasted and missing the bacon topping i paid for. The snacking bacon bag was less than half of what I'm normally given. This isn't the first time this has happened for any of these things.
In the past I have been ignored by staff while I waited at the drive through speaker. Could barely hear due to a buzzing speaker. Another time I could hear employees talking and laughing in the background and after being asked for my order the employee started joking with others then had to ask for my order again. I've sat at the window for almost ten minutes before.
The drive through menu has been falling apart before for awhile, held up by literal duct tape. And partially unreadable. There is graffiti all over the speaker pole.
I get it, I work in a service industry. Sometimes you screw up and sometimes you nail it. But when a single person's experiences over a year are mostly negative, one starts to wonder if they are really trying. Or maybe they aren't getting the support or training they need from management or corporate.
