First off I was highly pissed because I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. I told them may I also ordered a sweet tea. The woman on the speaker repeated back unsweetened? I said no mam sweet tea. She said unsweetened tea with sausage egg and cheese biscuit. And I repeat back saying mam āsweet tea.ā She apologized. It was raining so hard I had to make it to work. When I pulled over to check my food - my sandwich was thrown together my cheese was not melted and the sausage was cold. And guess what my tea was unsweetened. So I was really sad that was my last $20 til payday and I wanted to enjoy a lil breakfast for myself!
Plus the store manager the man with the dreads!! He is very rude to his staff I came 3xs and each time he either yelling at the staff, he told one girl to shut up. Called one girl slow. And one of them was a classmate, who I havenāt seen in 13 years and we were catching up, because my food wasnāt ready. It was close to closing, I was the only person there and he was yelling at vanity (thatās her name) telling her to hurry up and no ā socializing with the customers! But isnāt it her job to greet customers at the window with a smile? All she said was it great to see you I hope you been well, after mid sentence before I could respond he was yelling. Iāve been a manager and I have culinary degree supervisor health and food hotels and hospital. That is not a way to talk to staff, and Iāve seen this behavior during morning shift, lunch, and dinner. And to refer to your co worker as āslowā and yes you can tell she has a disability, she is a sweet girl who always wave at me- and tell me Iām beautiful when she sees me! But that behavior unacceptable! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! And the chicken tenders and dirty rice is never fresh! They serving and reheating dirty rice, biscuits be cold and hard. And I can taste the dirty old grease on the chicken tenders because they been re fried and the grease...

I said "hello" after 3 minutes and he claimed he told us to go head and order we didn't hear him. He stated that he had told us that earlier we could have started our order (With a disrespectful tone and sarcastic response), even though I had three other people in the car that didnt hear that. After we placed our order he stated that it would be 30 minutes and told us to proceed to the second window. We pulled up to the window and I asked the cashier to speak to the young man that had on a black shirt, light skin, heavy set (which was the manager). I then ask are you the person that was addressing me at the drive thru speaker and he stated "yes." I brought up that you were being disrespectful and sarcastic, and he said "you brought it up to the window, even though it was dead at the speaker."
