Incredible experience. I was so excited to try this out based on some of the reviews and a perfect little stop for our road trip up north. The food quality was great. The fries had the perfect amount of meat and cheese to not overwhelm you with one specific flavor. The steak was cooked to perfection with a garlic sauce and some shrimp that were so fresh it’s as if they were pulled from the water right before being served. I was completely satisfied. This is a gem on a scenic drive off the interstate and a must stop and great outdoor seating.

The best steak I’ve ever had! Man, it was so fresh, juicy and tender. I asked Chef Justen how he prepared it, his answer was to use the top quality stuff, with just a touch of salt and pepper. Unbeatable food and worth the drive off the interstate through the beautiful country. The sweet potato fries were cooked fresh to order also, accompanied by awesome honey mustard. If you have not been to Brook’s yet, you’re missing out. We will make it a point to come back from South Florida.

Okay Brooks Steakhouse was off the chain. I know if you saw the menu you might say pricey, but well worth it! My kid said, "dad we don't have to drive to Valdosta now for great food!". He is exactly right. The staff were awesome, attentive and did a great job. The owner was working and managing his business and it was smooth. P.s. the banana pudding made the meal so complete! Thank you for opening a great place to eat in Nashville GA.

I do not typically leave reviews, but I was beyond impressed by this little gem. My son and I stopped through while traveling north and wanted a steak, but not from a cookie cutter chain. We started with fried pickles that provided a tantalizing opening. My son got a fried chicken sandwich with bacon and he gave it a 9 out of 10. The hand-cut fries were gone in a blink. But the winner was the steak, a 12oz ribeye that was cooked perfectly. The sear on the wet-aged ribeye was spot on, with a kiss of smoke from the Charcoal grill. The baked potato was fluffy and salt-crusted and the green beans with a touch of drippings completed the dish. Chef Justen suggested his Grandma's recipe for banana pudding to top it off and my son didn't even let me have a bite. Cassie, our server, was attentive and engaging. I am from Tampa and ate at the world famous Berns last week and would put this steak up against the one I had there. It's a humble little steakhouse but if your into flavor more than flash, check...

Called at 9 pm on Saturday evening.. had to call four times before I got an answer. And then whenever they finally did answer, the lady was not very nice at all saying that they close and I expressed that I thought they closed at 10 and she was just simply was like “well, We closed early tonight” customer service should be the first thing in any kind of restaurant or public place. And there’s no need to be rude when somebody’s trying to call to order food. Considering that that’s how you get paid just by people buying food from there. Maybe if there’s servers and employees need a little bit more training in...
