Buckeye Deli & The Patio Bar at Buckeye Deli — Restaurant in Nashville

We stopped in for a bite to eat. Ordered PRE-MADE food so it would be faster. Two ladies working and one customer being cashed out. Asked for 2 slices of pizza, a sausage sandwich and a side salad. We were given our pizza slices and waited for our sandwich while one girl cleaned her counter and the other one took care of another customer. We were given our sandwich and then waited for the salad while the girl that was cleaning TOOK CARE OF SOMEONE ELSE and the girl that took our order TRIED TO TAKE CARE OF SOMEONE ELSE! When we were finally given the salad we were told we should have just gone and sat down somewhere and waited for our food! THEN we got to listen to the two employees complain about us waiting for our food! Wish I could give it a zero...

We drove an hour to eat here. Pizza was fine. Cheese sticks were over cooked with cheese leaked out all over the basket. About $1 per cheese stick. When i asked for a new order, the staff was not appoligetic and overall poor attitude. Our chicken tender order came in 3- 3 inch thin tenders and a 1 in cube that i assume was a tender. $5.50 for that....at least it was cooked through. Wear your jacket if you eat in...30 degrees outisde and it felt that cold inside...not sure if it was the servers or thin building insulation. The experience tonight may have broken our family tradition of stopping here after...

We eat here every few months. Recently we ate here and the food wasn’t very good. When brought to the staffs attention the woman working there (mid 50s in age) - was incredibly rude about it. I’ve never seen her be friendly - she needs fired. All of the staff seems tired and not happy to be there. A lot of restaurant experience has to do with the staff, and they are failing miserably. Some of the younger staff is friendly but they seem miserable. I’ve heard the owners are mean and nasty to everyone recently. Really sad this is the situation here. We are done with our fun...
